They Are Thieves!!
I had purchased a treatment over their website and it had been impossible to book it either online or over the phones as they never answer!
It is frustrating and I only want my money back, I had sent numerous emails and never got a replied from their 'spa concierge'...whatever that is
don't get close to them, they are a scam!
i bought two vouchers in October 2012, went for my treatment last Sunday to find out the spa has closed down. they were kicked out for not paying rent. all the staff were fired and they didnt bother to call customers to let them know that the spa had closed down. i am now disputing the transaction with MasterCard for theft.
I Bought Ospa Vouchers Back In May 2010 And Since
I bought OSpa vouchers back in May 2010 and since then tried to contact OSpa for an appointment. Never got through the phone nor were there any replies to the emails. Finally spoke to Groupon (they have taken over mycitydeal) and they informed me OSpa have gone bust so they asked me to send them an email to get a refund.
