Do NOT use this company. I have 9 ink cartridges purchased from CartridgeStop that do not work in my HP printer. I contacted them to request replacements, which they emailed by return to state they would send out the replacements. No replacement was received. So I emailed again, they promised again they would send out & guess what .... no replacement cartridges. Absolutely rubbish & a company not to be trusted.

Trying to save money I ordered "compatible " cartridges. I have a HP Photosmart C4480 and these cartridges have printed a total of 3 pages. Now all I get is Uncompatible cartridges message. I've tried every problem solver on the web to no avail. NEVER AGAIN.

You should not buy your cartridges from these people.They dont replace faulty cartridges. Dont believe a word of their promise to replace statement on their website.

I made a mistake with my order to this company I didn't change my address properly in my account profile have moved home. I realised it and informed Cartridge Shop within an hour of the original order.

I was told there was no way of readdressing the order and it would be dispatched to the old address. I would have to wait until it was sent back by the new occupants and that it may take 4 weeks.

This company had plenty of time to make the necessary changes yet everything I got from them was negative. I am not very hopeful of getting my £51 back without a struggle.

I advise people to find a more customer focused supplier.

I've tried buying cartridges from other places but despite their promises they are all incompatible with my printer. I've bought many cartridges from Cartridge Shop now and only one hasn't been acceptable to my Advent printer. The lady in Customer Services got back to me right away and is replacing it at no cost to myself.

I have used Cartridge Shop quite a lot over the years mainly for Canon compatible ink cartridges and have always received prompt service and quality products. I still like to print family photos and have found the ink quality of these compatible cartridges to be very good and at a huge saving to using original cartridges. However you do not know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I recently discovered that some cartridges I received a while back were not accepted by my Canon printer. I raised the issue with Cartridge Shop customer services by e-mail and that same day the person from their Customer Services had replied and advised that replacements were being posted out together with a postage paid returns envelope for the cartridges in question. Excellent no quibble service. Even though the cartridges were from an order received quite a few months prior and been in a drawer awaiting use they responded most efficiently, I especially liked the fact that they sent out replacements before the unusable ones had been returned.

I telephoned as I ordered the wrong ink, I spoke to an advisor who was very helpful and offered me a replacement together with a pre paid label to return the wrong cartridges.

I am using the Cartridge Shop for few years. Always professional and delivery on time. When recently a problem accoutred it was solved by the Customer Service Dep. efficiently and with no fuss. Highly recommended!
