A representative gave me interview tips to ace my interview, supported me during the onboarding process, and never ceased to check on me throughout my contract period.

Huntress will be a great help for job seekers. And I so strongly recommend them for anyone who wants to change their career.

After many phone calls I was invited to their office and had interview with 5 members of their recruitment staff. I also had to go through a long and tedious registration process. I kept receiving automatic text messages and emails with general jobs adverts for a year (until I asked them to be deleted from their database) but not one job interview offer.

Huntress gave me a call after finding my CV on a job listing site. I was desperately seeking work but the last thing I needed was to be contacted by yet another useless recruitment agency. A lady from their office went through some details about myself and told me there was a job available that matched my skills and the money was much more than I was used to. Not thinking I'd get anywhere, I told her to forward my CV to the company. A day later I was invited to an interview and couldn't believe my luck. It's now been 4 days since my interview and Huntress called me this morning to tell me I have got the job. I've dealt with a lot of recruitment agencies and was beginning to lose hope but this agency is different. They did everything they could for me and I have to say I'm a very happy lady :-)

Ignore the glossy website for the benefit of prospective clients (not employees), this is one of the worst agencies.

I have applied for many jobs through Huntress via Reed or TotalJobs, and never have I heard anything back. I have chased and still heard nothing. Their elusive 'consultants' are always 'away from their desks' or 'out of the office today'. Emails will never be answered.

As with many other agencies they will advertise non-existent jobs and make the ads deliberately vague and general. Therein lies a clue, if an agency job advert is vague and lacking in detail, then it probably doesn't exist.

It is high time that some sort of regulation was introduced that made it illegal for agencies make fake job adverts, nor to act in such a deceptive and dishonest manner towards job applicants.

Huntress Brighton - Useless agency - I don't think the jobs they advertise actually exist. I have applied for numerous jobs, having the exact skill set they are looking for and a wealth of experience - only to be told I haven't got the right experience!! They either don't understand their clients needs or are incapable of matching skills to the job. The replies (when they can be bothered) are unhelpful and unprofessional. Oh how I long to find a recruitment agency who is truly helpful and good at what they do. The recruitment agency market is flooded and yet a good agency is few and far between. Time for someone to come up with a unique and creative way of recruiting.
