I’m really pleased with the powerbank I bought on MyTrendyphone.Excellent products, awesome quality. I am really happy with my purchase.

Absolutley disgraceful service. They advertise 2-5 days for a repair maybe longer in busy times. All sounds good except my phone didnt even reach the technician for over a week so completely false advertising. I've had to continuously chase them for updates where everyone I speak to gives me different story. I made an official complaint and the response i got said 'sorry for any inconvenience '. Totally unacceptable. I still do not know when im going to get my phone back but its likely to be over 2 weeks since I sent it to them. Would not recommend this company at all.

After an expensive purchase which arrived quickly I was happy, however when it proved faulty, they said it would be resolved in 24 hours. After a week, I contacted them again and a few days later still they told me there was nothing they could do

I sent my phone to them for repair 18 days ago and I am still waiting! I called and begged for speedy repair 5-6 times. I got nowhere.

Just stay away! If you think it will not happen to you....IT WILL! I have never come across any other company in any other sector with such poor customer service.

Really pleased with my new speakers, turned up on the day I was told they would. This was my first purchase, but I will definitely be returning!

I've ordered a few items over the last couple of years, I simply can't fault this company with their great deals and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I tried to make an order and pay it with PayPal. They've cancelled it saying that "for security reasons they had to cancel my order!" and emailed me back to say to transfer the money directly in their bank account - Who does that!!!!

I tried to make the second order and the same happened! This time paid with PayPal again just to see if the order is going through. - But not chance! They said the same - to pay the money into their bank account!

Then I've made a third order but I paid with my card but not a chance, the same happened again!

Don't bother of buying anything from them!!!

They have taken my money but wont send my item because my address isnt in the yellow pages, even though i paid by paypal, and address is clearly stated on here. Said my money will be back in my account by tomorrow??? we will see sempt reaaly dodgy to me.

I’ve sent my phone for diagnose,(it was dead),

After 2 and a half weeks they sent it back without any response .

So I’ve spent 30 £ for just mailing my phone across the country and still not working

First they are definitely not qualified for repairing a phone ,

Second they don’t have the guts and courtesy to tell the client that not able to find out what the problem is.

So this is a real waste of money.
