MESSED UP JOB.OVER CHARGED AND WANTED MORE MONEY TO RECTIFY.

IN PROCESS STARTING COURT PROCEEDINGS TO RECOVER MONEY.

THEY ALSO WONT RETURN CALLS

After being told car failed mot had no choice to get work done.

Drastically overcharged. No jobsheet or breakdown of costs.

Then discovered cds taken from glove compartment and cleaning products from boot.

To add insult tried covering up by adding empty cd cover and a cd which is not our faith.

Called into garage but manager never available.

Contacted head office by phone and email numerous times. Ignored.

After seeking advise from other garages told drastically over charged by £200+

And no need for mechanic to even go in boot or glove compartment for the works carried out.

Why? So upset cds sentimental.

Feel violated and trust abused.

My car had failed the MOT so took it to Tamworth Hi Q to have the work done. Dealt with three guys and they were brilliant. I had extra work done on the inside trim and that was superb. I would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to all my friends.

Booked my car in for its annual mot on Wednesday 7th. October and left my vehicle with the garage on the way to work which is only 10 minutes away.

My colleague received a telephone call during the morning and took a message where I was advised on what was needed to be done with a full list of work required and cost. My colleague had taken the telephone call and was advised to make me a coffee before looking at the to do list.

I returned the call and had a bit of banter before agreeing for the work to be carried out and that it would be completed by mid afternoon. Received a telephone mid afternoon to confirm that the repairs had been completed and was available for collection.

I collected my vehicle on the way home from work and the cost breakdown was explained and was offered the opportunity to view the parts replaced.

Your colleague was very pleasant and I felt my custom was appreciated. Look forward to many more miles in my ageing vehicle.

MY NAME IS HOOSHI FROM H&M ELCTRONICS,I WENT TO EASTHAM BRUNCH FOR MOT,THEY DEAL WITH ME VERY QUICK AND I FOUND THEM VERY HELPFUL ,I WILL GO BACK THERE FOR ANY PROBLEM WITH OUR CARS.

The great guys at Hi-q at manchester road in northwich were great when i had problems with my ca which wouldn't start and had to be towed to them, had phoned ahead and asked them to look at my car and they were happy to do so, l left my car with them on late monday afternoon and they assured me they would look at it the next day. Tuesday and i got the call regarding work needed, but with every step of the process, i had a phone call and the assurance that my car could be ready on the Friday afternoon if the timescale of the people needed to re-skim the cylinder head could achieve it in time, but, to my total surprise, i had the call on thursday afternoon to say my car was ready for collection and one of the mechanics had taken my car out to do a final check, so called home and then went to the garage to see if all was well, and everything was, was invited back the following week so my car could have another check to see if all is well, and some advice regarding a engine flush when she nears the 2,000 mile gauge.

The guys at the garage were always friendly and made me feel secure in the knowledge, it was a sound job well done, and as i drove my car home, she sounded so much quieter and felt like a new car and she is 13years old!!!

i know with hi-q that they will do a brilliant job, and unlike other car outlets, i won't be ripped off!!!!

Hi- q are dependable, have great service, and i would recommend highly to anyone.

Called at Grangoch Swnasea for new tyres, staff always very helpful, and excellent service.
