Appalling Customer Service.
Waited almost 2 months for a order and finally after numerous emails asking for a refund I called them and got the refund.
They have lost a good customer who regularly used them for gifts, the delivery service has got worse over the last 18 months.
The customer care emails send a automated response promising a call back in 24 hours, they just ignore your emails. After 6 emails I gave up.

Items ordered 3 weeks before Christmas still not arrived. When I called customer services were extremely rude, told me they can’t say when order will arrive, they can’t be expected to keep up with demand and they are sure other companies have the same problem

My mother, who is elderly and can't go out to shop, bought a bracelet online from Shipton & Co. It cost her £600. It was a gift for me. I wore it twice and it began to unravel so I took it to a jeweller in Brisbane. He looked at it closely and informed me that it had already been repaired (even though it had been sold as new) and was actually hollow and therefore almost impossible to repair. I am told by Shipton's that the bracelet is 'hollow machine-woven and pressed'. That means it contains less gold and is actually very thin and light. In addition the two 'pressed' parts are easily split during normal wear. Shipton's can't repair it - it can't be repaired, they can't replace it as it is out of warranty - I live in Australia and couldn't return due to Covid restrictions. I understand that the bracelet now costs £900 .

Great Stores especially Bowness store but ordering online is terrible...2 out of 3 purchases have been a disaster...I ordered an item in stock..£345. No contact no confirmation..3 days ago I receive an email telling me they cannot deliver as the item is out of stock...seriously they have my money for 3 weeks!! Can I get hold of them NO. Emails calls no response....still our of pocket...BEWARE..CUSTOMER CARE IS NON EXISTANT...

I called to check delivery status I was told why I called again. The order takes longer than 7 to 14 days to arrive.
I had forgotten to add free gift. I was refused and told automatic free gift of chakra stones was sent. But I never received one.
I have never been treated so rudely in my life.
I request the senior management to make customer service friendly helpful and polite.
They products are good. Please improve customer service.

Ordered 3weeks ago took my money within 1 day no goods have arrived. Tried phoning email all you get is answer phone and emails ignored. Have applied for a refund not holding my breath so might have to contact my bank to get them to get my refund .Terrible company avoid like the plague.

Order from this company at your peril. Your money will be taken quickly enough but that’s where the efficiency ends.
Orders take AGES to arrive - don’t believe the 7-10 days claim.
Online contact forms go unanswered.
Phone calls to the published number go unanswered.
Post on social media and you have a better chance of being acknowledged- why they prefer their failures to be discussed on a public forum is beyond me.
Now I wish to return the item as it’s not good quality. Their website advises to call the same number and yes- you’ve guessed it- they don’t pick up.
How they are still in business is a mystery. I suspect they rely on folk just giving up and keeping items they don’t want but have paid for.
Shocking company.
