I went to mail order bikes baca use they had a belt drive bike for sale and I was interested in the new technology. They allowed a test ride and then the proceeded to purchase the bike and I have not been happier. The staff are very friendly and work well to your time scales and even if I am passing they show me the latest technology and offer me an coffee.

After about 3 months the internal hub gear broke, but they took the parts off the display model which were to be replaced by the rep on the next visit so was only without my commuter bike for 2 days.

Highly recommended shop and would recommend the staff are great as well.

Ordered my Diamondback Sync 3.0 online from mailorderbikes.com after being let down by an eBay store, who were very slightly cheaper but who didn't reply to my enquiries.

Received my order with-in 3-days and with minimal assembly was ready to go.

Excellent value for money machine, lively blue in colour, hydraulic disc brakes are brilliant. All in all an excellent bike with good reviews.

My wife a Raleigh Pioneer 4 from the website and was unsure about the best delivery option. That was quickly sorted by phone and email. When setting it up for my wife I had a question regarding adjusting the handlebars. The Raleigh instruction manual is ok, but generic and didn't fully cover the particular handlebars on the bike. They replied to my email with a phone call and talked me through all the details. We couldn't be more happy with the bike and the service. Thanks!

I'd been looking for a new bike for general use with our motorhome. Saw one in a local shop but thought I'd search online. I found Mail Order bikes through a search engine and the same bike was £50 cheaper. Tried to order online but there was a bit of a problem with payment and the order got cancelled. I was notified of this the next day by email, so rang the company to sort it out. This was Thursday morning before Good Friday, I was told that if ordered that morning they would ensure it was despatched that day. In the meantime I had received a further email and had been offered a discount code by the company because of the previous order problem. I ordered the bike online and it was delivered Tuesday morning after Easter Monday. So my purchase experience saw me receive my very well packaged goods very, very quickly, (considering the weekend and 2 bank holidays)and in total it was 24% cheaper than the exact same bike on the high street. I will not hesitate to recommend and use this company again. Well done to all concerned
