We are extremely happy with our solid roof extension.

It has not only made our house beautiful, it has made a substantial improvement in the quality of our living space downstairs.

One of the most impressive features’ of Croston was their success in keeping the extension in line with the existing design of the house.

They had a keen attention to detail and made sure we were satisfied at every step of the construction. They were professional, approachable, always answered our calls and receptive to our suggestions.

We have had all our windows and doors, fascias and soffits replaced together with removing a door which also involved bricking up the space. They have matched the brick work brilliantly. The care and attention to detail in the work together with their willingness to meet specific individual requirements has been magnificent. A conservatory is next on our wish list and when we are ready Croston Conservatories will be at the top of our list of companies we will consider. I look forward to recommending them to our family and friends.

Delighted with the finished result. I was given a scedule of the various jobs and all went according to stated times which meant I could plan my own time with ease. The contractors were very professional and obliging.The whole process was very slick. All contractors left the area clean and tidy and I now how a lovely extra room.

From the the very start when the sales rep came around to quote Croston where excellent the rep came around as what we wanted , he measured up and without any pressure said " I be back in touch with a design and a price if you like it please contact me to arrange or alter anything " we recievied the design it was perfect and at a very good price so we went a head with the project which has now been finished and i can in all honesty say that this company have been fantastic really helpful and very easy to get hold of if we needed to ask anything or need things sorting . They have removed a horrible old conservorty and replaced it with the one of our dreams . thank you to all at Croston conservatories for you hard and excellent work from A very happy cusomter .

New conservatory now complete. All the staff we had contact with initially from Sales and Customer Accounts at Goldendays then Head Office were highly professional and competent.

Communication was good as we always knew what was happening and when. All the different tradesmen were all hardworking, polite and professional.

Nothing was to much trouble for anyone at all. We were especially impressed by the willingness of staff to get things right according to our individual requirements for the conservatory.

We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished product. This was not the largest of conservatories but we were really pleased by the level of planning and expertise which was applied to the project.

My grandma lives alone and needed some work doing on her faulty back door. She expressed her distress when calling Croston conservatories and someone was sent out as soon as possible to have a look at the problem. Within a matter of days she had a beautiful new back door. I couldn't recommend them enough,really helpful service and fantastic end results! They worked with her to get her the right product, in the most efficient way. I will sleep safe knowing her doors are secure.

This company will not answer their telephone no matter when I ring so I am taking my business elsewhere to a more professional company.

Our experience with Croston Conservatories is exactly the opposite of the one star review, we cannot fault them, they have just completed a very large conservatory for us which cost in excess of £30,000.

I note that the Company are trying to contact the disatisfied reviewer and from our dealings with Croston Concervatories would think that given the chance they would address the situation.

From Senior management down we have found them friendly helpful and easy to deal with with a professional approach to the job in hand.

They worked through all weather over last winter to try to get it completed as soon as possible, working right up to Xmas Eve to get it watertight; alright as with any large building work there was a certain amount of collateral damage to our garden, but at the end of the day, they undertook to put everything back to its original state.

Whenever we have visitors for the first time they say WOW! as they are shown into it.

we have recently had our 25 year-old conservatory rebuilt. After contacting croston conservatories, they visited our property and gave us abundant suggestions and advice - followed later by a very fair and detailed quote, which we accepted. The entire work was carried out in a speedy and most satisfactory manner by skilled craftsmen with the minimum inconvenience to us - despite the atrocious weather unfortunately experienced during the time of the installation. We were most impressed also by the way that the site was left impeccable after the site was cleared.Full marks all round!

Croston Conservatories were outstanding from start to finish. From deciding a date to have the windows changed everything ran quickly and very smoothly. When I came home from work the windows were in and no mess was left at all. I would highly recommend this company and will 100% be using them for more work.
