The Worst Support And Inadequate Attitude!

I made an order on the website, after which they wrote me a letter that there were problems with my order and I should call back, I waited on the line for 20 minutes, and when the support started asking, she asked the wrong questions about the address, after which she said that the address did not match m order and my order is cancelled and I should expect my funds in 4-5 days. when I asked to explain what I was being asked about, she said that it was no longer possible and to expect money. Do not order from this store, now my order is stuck and I do not meet the deadlines because the store is not adequate.

I Bought A Laptop Online, Paid Via Paypal - Then T

I bought a laptop online, paid via paypal - then the next page after paying said 'problem with payment' however I had notification to confirm paypal had taken payment.

Contacted customer services who are incredibly unbothered and unhelpful and said order hadn't gone through (website issue) so not their problem and to try and get money back from paypal. This could take ages to get it back and a absolute faff!

They didn't offer any help so I am £140 down with nothing to show for it. It's nearly christmas and I still need to buy the item elsewhere.

I would have been fine about it, website errors happen, had they even been the slightest bit sympathetic that their website error has cost me money and time to resolve. But they couldn't care less and tried to blame paypal?!!?

Could all be a sham - taking payments without fulfilling orders - so be careful with this firm.

Wrong Item Sent

I bought an air fryer from Box via Amazon. Although I purchased the 3l version was sent 1.5l machine. It was obvious as soon as I opened the packaging it was the wrong item and contacted customer services. I was asked to send endless pictures of the item and was made to feel like I was trying to defraud the company. Even when they admitted it was an error on their part there was no apology. They asked for my preferred day for returning my parcel which I indicated Monday only to be told they had booked it for Tuesday. I explained that this was a wedding present and that I would need to replace the item quickly and would therefore need my refund asap. I was initially advised that as soon as the item was collected they would start the refund process but they then changed this to once they had received the item and fully examined it they would start the refund process. The product may be good and the delivery was very quick but if there are errors in the product sent and the terrible customer service this indicates to me that this is not a company that deserves my business

Rubish Seller

Worst experience so far. TV sold as new but arrived in refurbished/used condition. The TV remote had marks of use. TV was screen constantly flickering and failed to turn on at all after all. The TV box had signs of heavy use. Screw bags were no longer sealed and screws were found in other bags indicating that TV was used before. The TV stand found in the box belonged to another TV model. Had to return the TV. The delivery service ArrowXL is the same rubish as the seller. They keep arguing about arrival times later pretending that they never told or promised anything. TV was collected on the 28 of February and I'm still waiting for the refund to be confirmed. Customer service is useless. People be aware of this seller, don't waste your time and money with them.

Worst Returns Ever

Awful company. Sold me a faulty TV they were rubbish about repair telling me to just goto LG. LG then had to tell them to refund me. Their courier picked up the tv a week ago and they are refusing my refund me until their super slow courier delivers it to them. Won't be till at least Friday they say so pretty much 2 weeks for a refund. This is after waiting a week for them to collect

Awful Customer Service

Truly awful service, I ordered a laptop and received email with tracking information. The Parcelforce tracking system says that the laptop was not received from Box. I have sent three emails and made three phone calls. The emails are simply not replied to, and the phone calls have ended with a promise to investigate the problem and call or email back - none of the promised communication has happened so I am now left with no alternative but to ask credit card company to action a charge back, which will be time consuming. I am sure if all goes well with your order you will not regret your purchase as prices are competitive BUT if you are going to need any form of customer service or help you would be better off with an alternative supplier.

The Worst Return Process (reference For The Return: R237725)

I purchased a Sennheiser-EPOS GSX 1000. They delivered it on the promised date which was the 25th of November without any problems. However, I was gifted a nice headphone with 7.1 surround sound and built-in DAC. Having checked the quality of the new headphone, I thought that I wouldn't need the GSX 1000 anymore. So I decided to return it in and started the return process on the same day I received the product. Obviously, the item was unused and was in its original packaging (even the sleeves were still on, and the cable was not untied).

On the 26th of November, just one day after the return process was started, I handed the item over to DPD. The return item was received by the Box on 30th of November.

Since then, I have been completely in the dark. I haven't received any emails, updates, calls, nothing...

They are not responding the phone calls, and whenever I reached out to the customer service via live talk, they only told me that they are chasing it.

So, it's been 13 WORKING days that I haven't got my money back. Still no communication, no updates regarding the eta. Since the returning process of UNUSED item takes such a long time, I just can't imagine how long would it take if I returned a damaged or faulty item.

So, per me, if I'm going to purchase an electronics, it's so important for the company I cherry-picked has a smooth returning process. This was my first experience with the BOX, and apparently I'd never buy from them and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone at all.

I'll update my review once I received the full refund, and if anything changes.

Never Using Them Again - Avoid These Jokers

I brought from Box for the first time - NEVER AGAIN

I spent well over £1k and paid for express shipping. I wish I'd brought from someone else! Don't believe anything on their site about DPD and tracking information. They haven't supplied the tracking information for my order - THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY! I wanted to adjust the delivery date, but it's supposed to be too late now, maybe? IDK! Apparently they don't know anything either! I've contacted them by email, live chat, and phone.

Has it been shipped - don't know maybe

What's the tracking info - don't know

When will it be delivered - today, maybe

Which courier - don't know

When will you give me the tracking info - probably in 24hrs?!?!

Yes, that's right, they'll give me the tracking info AFTER it's supposed to have been delivered!

Spoke to an agent on the phone, unapologetic, rude, bad attitude, claimed the statements about DPD and delivery on their website didn't exist.

It's now 4:30pm - NOTHING. I've got someone waiting around at the address, and I'm not able to tell them anything about the delivery!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BOX AGAIN!

Out Of Pocket For 2 Months.

They delivered my 13yo daughter's £400 televison before Christmas (7th December). When we opened it on Christmas day, it had clearly been opened already and the surround was broken (lots of video evidence). I sent an email, including pictures on Boxing day, asking for an exchange, which they refused. They didn't collect it until January 13th, when they woke my wife at 6.15 am (we requested 8am-5pm). It took around 20 emails and the threat of small claims court action before they finally repaid us on February 9th. Really shocked by their immature attitude to customer care. Avoid.

Is Box UK a honest company?

tyw7

Yeah they are. But returns is not up to scratch. Took about 2 weeks for a refund despite item arriving to them within a day.
