Website Keeps Crashing

Normally I find the website easy to use however this evening it is terrible it keeps jumping to the wrong page and won't let me place the order it keeps going back and forth from shipping details to billing details. Im sorry two seasons but next time i won't waste my time.

Very Rude Customer Service

Wanted to return 2 t-shirts that did not fit and was told I had re-attached the tags even though I had not. Went to find the same item in the store and the tags were in the exact same position. Basically told me that I was a liar at the store.

Was told my clothes were not in "resellable" condition even though they were completely unworn and undamaged. I had only tried them on.

Will not be coming here again.

Charging £3.95 For 1-3 Day Delivery Which Doesn't Arrive

You don't expect to pay nearly £4 for delivery for it not to turn up in the stated 1-3 days delivery. So much for service. I tracked my delivery ordered early on a Wednesday, and it was dispatched 30 minutes after purchase according to emails from two seasons and a text from DHL. It then went from France to Spain to Belgium finally arriving at Gatwick on the Friday. At 5am Saturday morning it was in Birmingham at a depot 10 minutes from our address, yet it still wasn't delivered despite DHL being open till 12 that day. Our delivery was needed for our holiday and we ended up having to purchase abroad. DHL then text to say it would arrive on Monday. I might as well of had the delivery to Bulgaria where we were on holiday if I knew what a round trip it was going on. I had to reschedule the delivery for the Monday we came back (today), though there is no need for them now. I have been waiting since 8am this morning for the delivery for DHL to only say it went out at quarter to ten and I am still waiting. Sort out your couriers two seasons.

Lovely And Friendly Service

Today I entered two seasons in Merry Hill and was looking for a hat , after finding it I noticed how there is a different version I liked more that wasn't there. I asked the clerk and she explained how she was alone and couldn't leave the shop front but believed there could be what I was looking for upstairs. She proceeded to tell me that if I popped back in 30 mins she may be able to look for me . Just in case she also kept the hat I found behind the till. 30Mins later I came back to find every version of that hat behind the desk so I could choose one without it being sold . Thank you very much wish I could do more than just a review as it was far beyond what was asked and I'm very grateful. Thanks

Great Online Shop

Ordered BillaBong Small size snow jacket, was a bit afraid it would be small for me, however, size fits me perfectly, received my jacket super fast (I live in Latvia), the item is great, quality is amazing, the price was also the best on the web. Tracked my order with DHL, which was very convenient to me, since it was my first international order. I'm perfectly happy with TwoSeasons!

have problems to log in to account if you add items and leave for few minutes than the items are gone and I never got the confirmation to my email send I always had to call them up when I received my order some items were open and didnt get invoice , very dissapointed

Very Very Fast

The price was the best on the web. Easy to use website. Pay with PayPal which was handy so I didn't have to set up an account. Delivery confirmation and tracking email arrived late Sunday eve, (I ordered on that Sunday afternoon). Dhl were very good with tracking info and seeing as it was coming from France to the uk, Tuesday morning delivery was excellent!

An all round brilliant online shopping experience with these guys.

Not the broadest choice of new season styles but very well priced and fast delivery. I'll be shopping there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Item Out Of Stock But Refund Recived Un Prompted

Like many people I had recently noticed the crazy sale going on at Two Seasons. I ordered an Xcel wetsuit, reduced from £200 to £60. Unsurprisingly the stock was hit hard by a large number of people trying to scoop a bargain. The website stock level was listed as "low" when I ordered. Having read the number of negative reviews posted recently, regarding an issue with inaccurate stock levels and bad customer service I was a little worried.

However I received an out of stock email today and a full refund, without having to contact the company at all.
