We booked Katy Lampson for our wedding in November 2010. At the beginning we were able to contact Katy best through email and text. After signing contracts and paying a deposit it took serveral weeks to schedule for our engagement pictures, but finally had them taken in May. She promised that we would receive our pictures within a couple of weeks, but never did. She completely cut all contact with us! Eventually we demanded our money back and decided to go with someone else. We had to re-take all engagement pictures, but we are now very happy!
