Appalling Company !!

Items advertised as in stock on website but not actually in stock, fake dispatch emails with bogus tracking numbers sent out,no customer service,cancelled the order no confirmation of cancellation or refund of the money taken from my card had to go via my bank to stop payment. Do NOT use this company stick to reliable stores like Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles I will NEVER use this company again.

Not Impressed At All

Placed an order on the 1st of the month. Said delivery within 7 days. Nothing has arrived and it's the middle of the month already.

Tried emailing asking for information. Twice. No response at all.

Tried calling customer services. I'm caller number one. And have been for almost 20 minutes now.

It really shouldn't be this difficult. I will not use this company again. There are many others (big and small) that I've used by cycling purchases and it's my mistake to use this one that clearly doesn't care about customers, just about payments.

Poor Customer Service

need to return something - 7 day turnaround for emails and 38 minutes later on hold and I hung up - appalling customer service! Good maybe fine and they may be OK if I actually got to speak to someone but I cant comment on that as they are clearly wither massively understaffed or incompetent.

They Say Next Day And Dont Deliver

ordered from these jokers on ebay, 30th Sunday should be dispatched 31st for delivery on 1st August get email on 1st August to say its been dispatched well that's not good enough they promise next day and dont deliver, their poor performance is evident in the reviews on here and elsewhere on the net. then when you complain they argue with you, also when you leave a poor review they try to have it taken down - and fail again! take heed and order from somewhere else, like wiggle i will in future.

Do Not Use This Company - Poor Service, Shop Elsewhere

BEWARE and Use Another Company !!!

Bought items of clothing on line. Nearly 2 weeks later still not received them (although on web site they were in stock). I now propose to advise my credit card company that this is a disputed transaction. I would not use Tweeks again and would advise anyone to pay a bit more and purchase from a more reputable company.

Placed an order, no item received, no replies to emails. Two weeks and counting!

4 weeks now, now tweeks refuse to refund.

Do not believe the trust pilot reviews, they filter and only show the good ones on the website

Rip Off Tweeks

I ordered several items from Tweeks two weeks ago. I ordered on the Sunday for delivery early the following week. I heard nothing so chased them on the Thursday only to be told that my items hadn't been despatched due to a skull cap not being in stock. I said I wasn't worried about the skull cap. To make up for the delay they offered next day delivery. Nothing arrived on Friday, or indeed Saturday. The items eventually arrived the following Monday. As I wasn't home the package wasn't opened. On Wednesday (two days after the delivery) I got an email from Tweeks to say that the BIB shorts (the reason I placed the order in the first place) were out of stock AND discontinued. No apology or refund. They simply invited me to order an alternative pair of shorts at full price. Completely unacceptable and poor service.

It Is Ok Untill It Is Not

If you made an order and goods are in stock then usually it is OK. You will get them within a week. The issue starts when they sell you items not in stock. I was sent something similar but not the item I ordered. To return the good you didn't order you must wait 2 days for return code and then pay shipping fees as they are not refunded. With bigger items it makes the whole game not worth it so they keep you money and you are left with unwanted stuff.

Bad Service, Poor Attitude

We received the wrong product from Tweeks Cycles. This then became our problem to resolve in terms of returning the item (& paying for postage). It's bad enough that basic mistakes like this are made, but to then take the attitude that the correct product won't be supplied until the incorrect one - that we don't even want - has arrived back at their building is not good, to say the least.

Retailing over the internet relies first on foremost on trust; hard to win and easily lost. I would never use Tweeks again and would recommend you to use Wiggle or Chain Reaction instead, who have been nothing other than excellent in my experience
