Oni 10th January I ordered three small items that would take only a few seconds to pick and pack, could easily go in a small jiffy bag and Royal Mail post. Selected standard 3-10 day delivery. On 14th I emailed to ask for update. Received a standard reply that said they don't answer emails, and to use web chat during the day. Great, some of us have ot work during the day! Anyway, eventually contacted them on live chat. They said that the order had been dispatched by Parcelforce. I asked for a tracking number. No reply! Now the evening of the 18th and still no sign of goods. Their customer service is non existent. I wish I could award no stars. I also wish that I had seen the other reviews before ordering, we all seem to be saying the same things. A real rubbish company.
Terrible Service
I ordered an item but it has not arrived. They do not answer the telephone or respond to emails. They claim to have a live chat facility - I have tried to use it twice but it tells me there is no operator available and asks me to send an email!
Avoid this company.

Order goods at your peril !
An immediate order acknowledgement is received, but then the order disappears into a black hole.
The 'chat lines' don't chat and you hang onto the phone for half an hour to be told absolute rubbish.
If you need anything in a hurry....go elsewhere.

I ordered a sink from this company. After 126 days I had not received it nor heard from the company as to why. I tried to use their live chat system on two occasions and got no response. I rang the company and spoke to a man who told me the sink was no longer available, but could be ordered from another supplier. I was asked to ring back later.
I did ring back only to be kept on the line for 30 minutes listening to awful music, the automated voice then said unable to take your call and the line went dead. I rang back 30 minutes later for the same thing to happen. A number of the help links on their web page seem to be disabled.
If the company are unable to supply an item they should have the decency to inform the customer. They appear to take the order and then obtain it from the supplier.
STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have found it to be the worst online store I have dealt with.

Slow Delivery And Poor Service
I ordered two articles the same and went on holiday for two weeks. On my return I discovered that only one had been delivered. I contacted the store to tell them and they kept me hanging on the line for quite a while, eventually someone asked me for the name of the person that had signed the delivery note at their end. Basically it was a squiggle and irrelevant to me.
The person eventually said they would send another which 8 days later has still not arrived. Foolishly I added another order and have been waiting for this for 6 days. I enquired about it's status and was told that I had only used their basic delivery which is between 3 - 10 days. I must admit that I didn't realise that this meant working days so in effect is two weeks. YES TWO WEEKS. I can't help wondering if they ever deliver anything in three days. Today their chat line on the web site wasn't working so my partner rang them and they have agreed to send the missing part on 24 hr delivery when they get it. If they can do this why wouldn't they put the other stuff in with it? Very unhelpfull company and I won't be using them again.

Ordered two wiper blades on 6 Nov 3 weeks gone still waiting .Rang chat line told to wait 5 to 30 mins still no reply .Left messages no reply ,rang twice more still no info .Gave up even trying anymore ,dreadful service would not recommend and will never use again .

Avoid- Poor Customer Service With Excessive Delivery Charges
I had used this company previously and was very satisfied with the service
I ordered some goods online on the 10th of September decided to pay the high delivery charge as I expecte to receve the goods promptly
I promptly received an order confirmation, however I received none of the customary communication indicating there was a delay.
Unfortunately the goods did not arrive in time and I had a holiday
I followed this up on my retun earlier this week and I recieved my order today> without an explaination or an apology for delay. included in the large box was a catalogue dated 2011 whigh weighs considerably more than my goods
this has to be my worst ever online shopping experience.
