Ordered a Tshirt for my friends stag do, I paid for the highest level of shipping - Royal Mail failed to deliver the parcel so we didn’t have what we needed for the stag.

I tried calling Tshirt studio and they didn’t answer- I’ll NEVER use these guys again, no not trust them for time sensitive deliveries.

I ordered three T-shirts from this website as a gift. The support manager was very responsive and answered all my questions. The T-shirts turned out to be of excellent quality, the print was applied with high quality.

I recommend this website to anyone looking to buy a T-shirt for themselves or for a gift.

T-shirt studio advertised express delivery in time for Xmas. So I ordered a Xmas gift for my son from them. Sadly it didn’t arrive. My £7 express del charge was refunded and was told the sweatshirt was being del - again it did not arrive. A week later and into the new year I again had to email complaining. The sweatshirt did eventually arrive by express del jan 2nd. By this time I was no longer giving a Christmas gift, sharing the joy between family, by the time it arrived it just an afterthought.

I will not be ordering from from them again and would not recommend either. Very poor, misleading service.

i sent for a sweat shirt.but when it come the text was wrong.my fault.so i sent for 2 more they are very good quality. if they are ok.i will order some tee shirts and a hoody

Abysmal Service.

I placed an order for a personalised mug on a Wednesday which was the 13/12/17 and even paid extra for quicker delivery. Note that on their website, they state to dispatch orders in 2 working days. I wanted an image and some text and provided instructions on how I wanted the text displayed which they did not follow.

I called them on the 18th after checking the status of the order and seeing that it was still in artwork preparation despite their dispatch time of 2 days. The agent on the phone told me she would get it sent out on the day and told me she would send it via expedited delivery. The next day I checked and it was still in artwork preparation. I phoned once again and the agent delivered the same false promises of sending out the order on the day. I got an email on the 20th, saying that it was dispatched and I received the order on the 22nd. Really poor service.

I ordered a Christmas present in November when it hadn't arrived by the 14th December I was told they would send it next day delivery. We received nothing by the 17 so we called all day no answer, finally got through on the 20th December and said they were out of stock and had been for 2 weeks!I do not have enough time to get the personal presents for 2 people now. The lady said don't worry though I will refund you!!

orderd from this company t-shirt for daughters birthday, logs of choices and alterations on designs with cours and fonts of templates. good price and company kept in touch with me with progress of order that arrived sooooo quickly with basic delivery. the shirt is great quialty printing quality great like tshirt bought from hight stret not bulky iron on like sonme custome t shirts. 100% happy with overall quality and customer service

I ordered personalised t shirts in memory of my dad and gave them little time to complete order I can't thank you enough for getting my order to me on time it means a lot to me and my family and I know my dad would of been very happy as well

I designed a t-shirt for my brothers's birthday, but other sites told me my chosen image wouldn't print well, except tshirt.com, so I took a chance and ordered with them. It arrived in good time and is brilliant! I couldn't be happier! Would definitely use again.

I designed special T shirts to show our support for the recent victims of the bombing at the Manchester Arena, we wanted to wear them for the Great Manchester Run where runners and the city were coming together in support and to not let the terrorists win. I sent in the designs late at night with an email requesting a rush order.

How you managed it I don't know my designs were completed to the exact design and sent out special delivery arriving in time for the event all in 36 hours amazing.

It was a very special half marathon and it was lovely to wear T shirts to show our local families our support after such tragic events
