I walked into Formby Cycles, knowing very little about the world of Mountain Biking. I spent a few minutes having a look round the vast choice of bikes, and then I was greeted by a friendly member of staff, who then spent about half an hour giving me lots of information about all of the bikes.

I test rode 3 bikes in the car park, to give me an idea of what I was looking for, and I was advised on the correct sized bike for my height.

It didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying anything, which made it a lot more pleasant. So many stores now a days try to sell you something that just isn't right for yourself.

I felt respected and valued by all of the staff at Formby Cycles, and would truly recommend them for buying your next bike.

Thanks to all the team, my new Mountain Bike is fantastic, just wish the weather would brighten up, so I can get out there and ride!

I brought my Marin Wolf ridge into the shop for a full service. The staff were great and helped me out with everything that i needed. They stripped the whole bike down and built it back up for me, changing a few things i specified on the way. I ended up with a perfectly set up bike and picked it up just a few days later. Great customer service, Highly reccomended!
