Worst Customer Care Ever!!!
I ordered 3 pairs of UGGS on 8 November, when I heard nothing after a week I emailed them. Got a very poorly written response to say "wait, order coming". Up to date I have written 32 emails, with still no boots in hand but loads of empty promises to "please wait, order is coming".
I have begged them for a telephone number - but that request has also been ignored.
I am now going to contact my credit card and hope they will reverse the charges.
If I could take out an ad in the biggest newspaper and tv channel - I would warn people to stay away from this fraudulent site.

Ordered UGG Boots. Got an email back from sitecomplaint.com saying my credit card was charged for these boots. So I emailed company to ask for a receipt and a shipping date. Got a smart ass email back. Knew immediately it was a Fraud. Found nothing good about this company. I should have know better. I reported the fraud. (U have to wait 15 days)

Placed Order 15 Jan And Have Failed To Receive Any
Placed order 15 Jan and have failed to receive anything. Their support stated, when I emailed as had not received items, that the delay is due to New Year in China, so their factory workers are on holiday from 24 Jan to 12 Feb. Should have displayed this on their website, I would not have ordered if I'd known of the excessive delay in delivery. Will be seeking refund as fortunately paid on credit card. Serious lack of communication on their behalf. Seriously doubt that if this is a valid company, classic case of if it looks too good to be true it generally is.

I Have Orderd On The 24 Th Jan They R On Holiday I
i have orderd on the 24 th jan they r on holiday i have told them i want to recive them at the end of feb as they r on hoilday till 12 feb so i am waiting to see. there bank said they would get me my money back as i did it on creadit card they have been in touch 4 times for me and very nice emails so here i wait till then orded classic country blue for summer. that cost me 77.80 GB not bad for change money.

i have been in touch with there bank as i did it on credit card. they have been intouch twice to say they r on holiday and that orders r in backlog so they said i should get mine in 3 weeks as they dont airmail them they r back in work on the 12th jan so i will wait till 1st march then i can get my money back they have said sorry . so i am waiting to see. sarah, my order was on the 24th jan.,

I ordered ugg boots for sheepskinboots.uk on 19th December and I am still awaiting delivery and the date it 22/1/2011. I have waited over a month, and despite numerous emails I have still not heard anything back. I am not sure how I would claim my money back for these goods, but I am extremely annoyted about this whole situation as this has never happened to me before on the internet. So please be aware and DO NOT BUY from this site.

I Ordered Ugg Boots From This Site Assuming That I
I ordered Ugg boots from this site assuming that it was British/European as per the title name of the site, I placed my order on 27.12.10, the site policy stated they will send me an email with a confirmation of my order and a tracking code on reciept of my order........ to date, this being 7 days since my order was placed and the money for it was taken I have heard nothing.
The price stated for the item and shipping on reciept of my order was £94.00, the money taken from my account was just over £103.00.
I have sent three messages to sheepskinboots.uk.com via the contact details they provide, and so far have not been contacted back. As for the star rating of this review.....I would have awared nil, zero, nish.... I had to award at least 1 star per category to get the review posted.

I still have not received mine, I am going to ring my bank to claim the money back. It seems like they take atleast 3 weeks for the delivery?
I have been really annoyed I have sent several emails and tried to contact them by phone but keeps going to answer phone.

Yeah actually something did arrive via Parcelforce approx a week ago, I refused receipt of the package as my bank has refunded me the money and advised me that if I accepted the package the funds would be taken from my account once again.
I also refused receipt as I was unsure of what I may find within the parcel, this site /company had not done as they stated they would on their page i.e. emailed me confirmation, provided a tracking number, ingnored my queries/messages to them...... I was worried the quality of the item would reflect this sloppiness and I would be stuck with an expensive pair of inferior boots.
Have you received your boots yet? I ordered some on 2nd January and have email customer service 3 times but had no response. I have also been charged more than the original quoted price.
