Great pre sales service let down by delivery delays and multiple reschedules. Delivery team has rescheduled the shipment 5 times yes 5 different dates given. I have in-fact an email saying they have no idea where shipment is. Hope you can feel how a customer who has given £5000 pounds would feel hearing it.

So before you make big purchases look around for other options and not fall into cheap price trap.

I rang Flooring supplies re a purchase i had made months before (November 2020) and forgotten the details but wanted to place an similar order March 2021). The customer advisor was able to retrieve the details, was very calm, expertly guided me through, very calm and empathetic gentleman. I will defo buy again from Flooring Supplies. Really happy with flooring and even though I under ordered they were really kind to deliver another pack without additional delivery charge. Would use again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I ordered this line because of the thickness of the actual wood 6m I was not impressed by the agent telling me it’s only kerbside drop ,luckily the delivery driver did bring it in the house for me ,having got the floor laid it looks good but I am very worried how easily it scratches , I need to fine some coloured wax to cover scratches or it won’t stay nice

Special thanks to the sales team at the Norwich showroom. They have gone to great lengths with samples and advice to ensure that we have ended up with the right choice. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would thoroughly recommend the company.

It can be a bit of a minefield when you are looking for new flooring, so many to choose from, choice is great, but sometimes too much choice just makes it all confusing. The team were amazing. Asking me about my flat, what was the look I was wanting to achieve. What I liked and didn’t, and then the samples came out. As I looked at each one, we remove those that fell out of favour, this meant I wasn’t overwhelmed by choice. I only had three to choose from at any one time. Discussing the pro and cons of each one, and where the flooring was being used.

I would wholeheartedly recommend FlooringSupplies as a go-to place for your flooring. They take the time to care about what you want, and want to make sure you are happy with your choice. 10/10 from me..!

I was sold floor and advised to upgrade my underlay to a better quality. When it arrived it was 2nm thick and utter rubbish so I asked to send it back.

I was told that I had to pay for the return of the underlay and on top of this was going to be charged a 15% restocking fee. The underlay wasn’t even unpacked.

Really really disappointed as this company was recommended by a friend.

I am in the process of reflooring my house and business. Needless to say I won’t be a returning customer.

Feeling ripped off and very annoyed.
