Guys just finishing installation of my windows today. Great job, professional, they took a pride in their workmanship. Clean, tidy workers.

I'm only reading these reviews after having work done by Focus. To be honest if I had read these reviews first I probably would have went elsewhere. Having said that, I did go with them and I honestly can't fault them. There was a minor problem which I reported to then and the promised someone would be out b4 they closed for the 12th fortnight and guess what. He came, fix the problem and I was happy with the service received.

I had a sunroom installed by Focus Windows NI - fantastic job and would difinately reccomend them. From their sales to their builders excellent workmanship.

Booked an appointment for a quote, did not turn up . I phoned and they did not even remember details said would have to check they then I presume realised what they had done and said they would contact the representative who was to call, He did not even apologise and made very woolly excuses!!!!! Not impressed!!!!

My mother was getting a slated roof put on her conservatory..this so called 'professional' company took her money and told her she didn't need planning permission.A quick phone call to the planning office confirmed she did..Stole her deposit when she decide to go with a more trustworthy and reliable company.. Stole the money of a 65 year old woman...My advice is

AVOID!!!!!

I had guttering and doors supplied and fitted by focus and can honestly say it was a first class job and the fitters were first class.

My only problem is I have asked for a quote for a conservatory roof conversion to a sunroom .

A representative came to my house to carryout an inspection but after 4 phone calls and 2 months later I'm still waiting.

I was able to get a quote from

another company within an hour.

Feel let down and can't understand why ?

Excellent service throughout the whole process beginning with consultation with sales consultant right through to work being completed. Workmen were punctual, efficient and courteous. No complaints at all.

During a cold call when the salesman asked to speak to my elderly mother by name and was told she wasn't interested in windows and not to call back he persistedly asked to speak to her and used the phrase 'is she not able to speak for herself'. With sales tactics like that it is unsurprising that this business needs to make cold calls.

Absolutely disgusted by my treatment. It started by being told by the salesman to leave a window open and a power lead available so that the installers could plug into it. They in fact use BATTERY operated power tools. After paying my deposit and waiting for 7 weeks without a contact from Focus for an date that the work would commence, I rang them and was given a date 2 weeks down the line. I took a day off work and waited in. They never turned up. I rang and was told that they would be out on Friday. I waited in. By lunchtime the fitters still hadn't turned up. I rang and was told that they had been delayed in traffic but were on their way. An hour later 1 fitter turned up and told me that they hadn't been delayed, but were actually on another job and he had been sent round to make a start. I told them to forget about it and they offered a £100 reduction. A further 3 days were taken to complete the job. In between times they had broken a garden lamp and broken all the retaining clamps on the soil pipe at the back of the house by putting ladders against it. This nearly fell through my greenhouse. They nailed the soffit and facia to the existing wood when the whole point was to replace it. None of them must have heard of spirit levels and several of the down spouts are fitted at an angle, there are bulges in the boards and to top it all off, after 3 months I am still without a shred of paperwork or guarantee. DO NOT USE THEM ... CHANCERS

I had 3 large windows fitted at the end ofApril. They were satisfactory I was a little disappointed at the damage to the window surrounds and I have to have them filled and painted.Despite several phone calls and promises I am still waiting for the outside sills to be fitted!Very disappointed in this part of the service.
