I bought a necklace on the Thursday, and found that another company sold the same necklace (or one that was very similar) for half the price. So I wanted to return the necklace. My husband and I returned 2 days later to return the necklace. Only to be told that they do not do refunds. Hadn't I been told this previously I wouldn't have purchased the necklace. I (maybe rather bluntly) said that I thought it was unfair that I couldn't return the necklace as I hadn't been told by anyone that I wouldn't be able to do this. She then turned round and said "well you could have asked" in such a rude manner. I was so angry! She then went on to tell me about how they have never done refunds last bla bla and that I should have and could have asked. Not so much as a sorry, or anything and that it tells you this on the receipt once you've purchased. I said "well that's all good telling me now, but what is the point on it being on the receipt?"

I am so disappointed in how rude that lady was, because when I had been in previously the lady that dealt with me was lovely. But I won't ever be going back into that shop. I am disgusted at how rude and patronising she was, when all she could have done was kindly apologisethay I had not been told and that would have been it! I worked in the customer service industry for 6 years so I am well aware of how it works! And the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable! They have lost a customer!

Have had no issue with these guys. Sent the stuff within the time specified and all is as ordered. Seems a proper real site (even a receipt which is nice) and my experience has been good so well done :)

Hope the company continues along this good vein.

I received my charms after only 2 days having ordered them. Exactly as shown, especially happy with the fact I got the nomination charm tool free. No postage fee either, can't complain!

It has been the first time I have brought from this site and I was very impressed with all aspects. When you ordered over £30.00 you received a free charm tool to help put your charms onto the nomination bracelet. I had a little problem with ordering my free charm tool as it kept trying to charge me, so I emailed the company direct who replied straight away and instructed me what to do which I did and reordered my items and in the notes put about the charm tool.

The order was placed on the Tuesday and first thing Wednesday morning I was surprised to find in the post my order including the gift.

Overall customer service were great postage was extra fast and I would definitely order again and I have told all my family and friends to buy from Xen Jewellery Design.

I have shopped with Xen many times now and am a huge fan of their Nomination collections. They have a vast selection of charms for their wonderful Nomination bracelets. Not once has this company let me down and every item is always despatched incredibly quickly, and it is packaged beautifully.

I ordered a charm recently for my daughter's 16th birthday, a milestone for her. Through no fault of Xen, the stock of this charm had been unusually delayed from their supplier. However, Xen kept me frequently updated via email as to what was happening. I was given the option to cancel my order but I was so impressed with their caring attitude, I stuck with the order. Thank goodness I did! Xen pulled out all the stops to get the charm to my daughter on her big day - and she was absolutely delighted.

It has been a long time since a company has truly dazzled me with their level of customer service but Xen have more than earned that accolade.

This company REALLY cares about their customers and will always go that extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction.

I telephoned this company yesterday regarding a Nomination charm I wished to buy for a friend who lives abroad. I needed to check that the charm I was admiring was suitable for her bracelet. The help I was given was incredible and I subsequently placed my order. To my utter astonishment my order arrived today! Taking into consideration that this amazing company does not charge for postage (rare in this day and age), I would not hesitate to recommend them both for their service and quality of product.

i have never purchased a watch via the Internet. I found the Thomas Sabo watch I wanted I searched on line and found Xen Jewellery who had the watch I wanted. I contacted them by telephone to purchase my watch they were very friendly,answered all my questions and my watch was delivered the next day. I have to say that it was excellent service. I have already recommended the site to my friends and will definitely purchase from them again. Well done and thank you I am now the owner of a beautiful watch :-)

I never normally write reviews but I have been very happy dealing with Xen Jewellery and they deserve recognition.

On this occasion I have purchased a Nomination Soho bracelet for my son's Birthday and the staff have been extremely helpful regarding styling and the charms we can add.

The item arrived amazingly quick, packaged well and I know Birthday boy will be happy!

We will definitely continue to favour Xen Jewellery over other Jewellery companies, the website is easy to use and see in detail what you will receive and I doubt you would get a better price.

I have just received a 'Sphere of Life' 'Bubbly' pendant and necklace from xen jewelery. True to their word they said they would make sure I received the item before the Friday as was a leaving present and I received Thursday. It was sent recorded delivery by them just to make sure.

Its a lovely gift which she will treasure. The price was also considerably lower than my local jewelery shop.

If only all online shops had such fantastic customer service!

I tried for weeks visiting, and ringing jewellers to source a partictular Nominations watch without success. As a last resort I went online and by good fortune came across Zen Jewellery Design. As there was such a great slection and the size of the watch was important, I decided to phone them.

I spoke to a member of staff named Jack who got the watches, compared them, and described the difference. I found exactly what I was looking for. It was put in the post and I recieved it next day. It was a pleasure to shop with them and I will definitely use Zen in the future. Many thanks and good wishes to all at Zen.
