I recommend it at every opportunity so other small businesses can grow like I have. Orders within the first month and growing.

Love how easy it was to upload my pictures and do everything on my phone.

I cant think of any negative things about freewebstore.

Worst E-commerce platform I have ever used. First they said it was a "free webstore", then slowly they started finding ways to charge more money and implementing restrictions on the services. It is very misleading calling the company "Freewebstore" when it actually costs a lot. Prestashop and Thirthybees are free, not this company!

When I signed up they gave this promise "And we never take a commision - All of your profits are your own and we will NEVER touch them." Now they have even started charged me commision on offline sales that were never completed by the buyers! I was never properly informed that they would suddenly start charging commision on sales with bank transfers. I cannot believe this kind of practice can be legal. Very unethical company. There are so many better alternatives out there than this! They also make it difficult to migrate to other platforms, all to lock you in and keep charging more money.

Now they are still charging me money for monthly subscription but customers are not able to use the bank transfer option unless I recharge the account with more funds. I did that earlier this year and all the money was charged as commission on sales that buyers did not even complete. Complete loss for me. I feel very deceived and cheated. I do not understand how someone can run a company like this.

Invest your time money and entrepreneurial vision with a MORE trustworthy and service base site. Being a business owner is a serious decision and takes time effort and large investments. Having a company you can ACTUALLY call and speak with is an imperative feature as you set up your store. The payment processing system advertised by freewebstore is a horrible joke. I've been trying to activate a store for over 2 months with freewebstore. It's advertised that they accept multiple payment types including visa and MasterCard. After using multiple cards that originated with multiple banks (my business account, personal account and separate purchase account ) EACH PAYMENT WAS REJECTED. After reaching out multiple times because email is the only way to connect for help, I received delayed responses and "there's nothing wrong on our end". After personally going into my banking branch to verify the payment is not being stopped or held ( even viewed the report showing the correct usage of my card info, the date of attempted purchase and amount) I purchased online at another store with the SAME CARDS and I had no issue. I asked for a phone call to walk through understanding the process and that was denied. I was told yesterday " use PayPal". This is allegedly a professional business however you can tell it's very new and in no way capable of competing with competitors. At the end of the day, nothing trumps honesty, genuine concern and customer service when it comes to growing businesses. I shouldn't be forced to use PayPal if you advertise multiple options. Don't waste your time and money here. You shouldn't have to beg a company to give them YOUR money and business.

I'm customer freewebstore from about 8 months. I been trying do many, many things, changing, upgrades, social media marketing, SSL, nothing. No any sale. 0, null. Definitely I just waste of my time and money to have webstore here. And is too narrow. Different webstores are wide. Last 3 days: Avg. the duration of the session 0:00:08, views 14 (is SEO), sessions 11. In search result there is no logo of your company.

But they have also pluses: are cheap, many for free designs, many good options. I think they have a chance to be better, bit even shopify, but they need stop seat and drinking coffee and start working, because they have lot's of work with optimization.

I have had many problems with my site with freewebstore. I don´t have a free account, I have one for 50 products and additional security. I think it is very inestable.

Any time that I had change the design of my site, it has had a problem and it has been wothout work during 4 days.

The last problem I had is with new Checkout, after these installation, the products in the checkout show different images tha tthe ones the client chosed. And you can prove by yourself in my site.

The problem has been per days without solution and the suport said me it is my fault. But it is an excuse from Freewebstore, because these stroes are preinstalled, without posibility that people can enter to the system to damage therir own store.

I haven't even finished setting up my store yet but I am IN LOVE! I run an extremely intricate personalized gifts company and all of the options/variants plus the check out form that allows for each and every option to be entered is AMAZING! Compared to building a website from the ground up and paying hundreds of dollars or another marketplace site with limited variant options this is a dream come true. I can't wait to finish it and start selling with ease. In addition it's really easy to navigate and change options, and load time is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about it. So glad I found this site.

I truly enjoy the service I get with this site, their customer service is excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. I truly recommend this site because it gives you almost everything you need to start up your business at a low cost or even free. The great thing is they are only getting better with what they provide! Excellent site!

had an issue before where the website came offline for no reason however found out today by website had been suspended they basically said as i had marked an email as spam then they suspended my site and they would have to investigate before they could put it back again! I'm paying 17.99 for this and never missed a payment

I hadn't marked an email as spam and even had it occurred why take the website offline?

Please can your confirm that you did not mark our system email as spam via your own inbox?

As if this is the case I will need to pass your support ticket onto our technical team to investigate further as there must of been some kind of mistake.

Until we can find out why the email was marked as spam we are unable to un-suspend your store.

I hate this sites operation at the moment. I spend my life now going around in circles having added or edited new products only for them not to appear as i put them, or have things edited, or "new" duplicate products spring up out of nowhere. truly disappointing and im waiting for them to get back to me on this.

this is an absolute NIGHTMARE and id highly recommend anyone to stay away from this site. Sadly this type of thing happened to me many times many months ago also, so they clearly have not took appropriate actions to remedy this.
