Nothing like the bed I ordered online. Very disappointed. I'll just wait for karma to rebound back at 'em.

Recently purchased 2 single divan beds from Beds 2 u. When first viewed price was a bit worried about what we would receive, but thought may as well take a chance. The beds were delivered free of charge just 2 days later and the quality could not have been better - Fantastic price, fantastic quality, and fantastic service.

We recently bought a pocket sprung memory foam topped mattress from Beds2U. It is amazingly comfortable- supportive, but also soft enough to mould into! We have slept so much better since, and would highly recommend the product. it was also priced competitively - we had looked around before buying.

We also thought the customer service excellent; very helpful. The mattress was delivered exactly when was promised.

From the moment you pick up the phone and start to chat you know you are in safe hands, customer service is second to none and the beds are so so comfortable. It's the second time we have bought from Peter and the team and have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Perfect in every way, a big thank you. We will be back when we need another bed.

Excellent beds, good value, fast delivery - I'm impressed!

There was a slight problem with one of the bed bases. After I called and pointed it out, Beds-2-U shipped a replacement within 24 hours and arranged to collect the defective item. It really was quite exceptional customer service. We are very happy with the beds and they are exceptonal value for money. A very happy customer

Purchased a 5ft Zip & Link bed (two singles that can be linked into a king size double)- chose their "Best Bed" & "Best Mattress" combination

Used standard delivery and it arrived on time

This is a bed for our spare room and given that £300 including VAT and UK delivery is not a lot to pay for a king size double bed, we were delighted with the quality of the item we received - excellent value and service

Absolutely delighted with my superking zip & link bed (2 x 3' divans and mattresses that link together). The fabric finish is far better than I'd expected and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. Delivery was on the expected day and the items were well packaged.

The only thing that didn't quite go to plan was the time of the delivery... I was told that delivery would be after 10.30am in order to give me time to go to a meeting, but I arrived home at 10.30am to find the items safely stacked in my car port. Given that I live in the middle of nowhere and the items were quite safe where they were, I was very glad that the delivery driver hadn't been a jobsworth and driven off with my items because I wasn't there!

My query about how long the mattresses were (as I needed to fit an existing base) was answered almost immediately with an offer to adjust the standard length of 190cm to 200cm at no extra charge, along with instructions as to how to do this within the order process.

The standard service offered delivery within the week, even with the customisation, and Peter organised the delivery for a day when I was able to be home to receive it.
