Forever Diamonds, Hatton Garden

When my fiance and I went to buy wedding rings, they seemed the most approachable and we really trusted them at first. They seemed to understand our needs and were very approachable.

When it came to my ring - after waiting 2 weeks for it to be made - it was delayed yet another week meaning we got it just 1 week before our wedding.

The workmanship on my ring was shoddy and diamonds placed in at differing heights - some really far down and some too high up in the poorly cut channel. though i complained at the work, they claimed they could not see what i was talking about but i was left no other choice 1 week before the wedding.

My husband went back this week to get my ring polished - there seemed to be a vague rumour that they had packed up and run away.

It was only when my husband took my ring to the other shops asking to get them polished that the other shops confirmed my worry of shoddy work. They would only polish my ring at our own risk as they said the diamonds has been poorly positioned and were very likely to fall out.

How to I feel - Absolutely gutted that I trusted them and ended up with a wedding ring that I am supposed to love - but instead i dont like looking at it for its imperfections and shoddy work.

Bad memories of paying a lot of money and feeling left with no other choice as it was too close to wedding date.

My fiancée and I chose to purchase my ring from Forever Diamonds over the other shops there as they didn't hassle us or try to pressure us like the other shop owners and we liked one of the setting styles they had too.

They were very knowledgeable about diamonds and helped us choose one which suited our budget, they didn't try to pressure us to spend more.

My ring arrived a week later than they had said but this was no big deal as we had told them we weren't in a rush.

The ring itself is beautiful! Thanks to forever diamonds for allowing us the time to get it just right and for recommending we went for colour over clarity.

So glad we got my ring here and could not be happier with it. Thanks Forever Diamonds, we'll be back for the wedding rings.

I collected my engagement ring at the weekend and must admit was a little nervous about it, whilst I had seen and chosen the diamond, the ring was designed for me from some pictures I had and made using CAD. They were incredibly patient with me and guided me through the whole thing from start to finish. I had already had a couple of quotes from different jewellers, but for me, Forever Diamonds made me feel very confident that they new what they were doing, they new exactly what I wanted and delivered! I'd like to say a big thank you Forever Diamonds for making THE most beautiful ring for me, it is better than I could have ever imagined I will definitely be back for wedding rings later in the year!

I visited Forever diamonds in Boutique 36, Hatton Garden because I'd read the reviews on here! I decided to see for myself how they could help me and was not disappointed! I was guided through the whole process - the pro's and con's of platinum etc and then the shape and design of my ring and which ring best suited my partners engagement ring etc The thing that impressed me was that they didn't try to "sell" me the more expensive platinum for my ring, in the end i went for the cheaper palladium, whilst though my partner had to go for platinum to match her engagement ring, it was much better value than other quotes! Our rings were ready in 2 weeks and look great. I would definitely recommend them!

We first visited Forever Diamonds in Hatton Garden in February and were very impressed with the service and level of expertise. We were able to get the exact design we wanted within our budget. We are both extremely happy with the engagement ring and this place is top of our list for our wedding rings!

Having walked up and down Hatton Garden I stumbled across Boutique 36 and Forever Diamonds. When I went in I was hassled by some of the other shops in there, but impressed by Forever Diamonds because they left me alone! I found the very extensive range of sample wedding rings - pretty much all you could possibly imagine, accessible for us to look at and try on without any "selling", they just politely asked if we needed any help after a moment or two of us playing and then proved to be incredibly helpful with guidance on all of the ring profiles and various metals available. We found that the extensive samples available really helped us - they included many "diamond" set rings for my fiance to try. We chose our rings, the price was A LOT more competitive than those we'd been quoted by other shops, they gave us a guaranteed minimum metal weight, and then we ordered them, paid a deposit - the balance to be paid on collection, and 2 Weeks later we collected them! Mine was a little big, so within 15 minutes they had adjusted it and it's perfect! (and weighs slightly more than the guaranteed minimum weight!) I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Forever Diamonds for their professionalism and great prices.

I returned to Forever Diamonds having purchased my engagement ring last year from them. I found them to be incredibly helpful and informative. I showed them a picture of the rings we both wanted and they gave me a quote that was just over half the price of the jewellery shop I had seen online! They are both platinum, and my fiances ring has D-F colour/VS diamonds channel set all the way around it.

They assured us of the guaranteed minimum weight of the platinum and when we collected the rings 2 weeks later they are fabulous, my fiances ring looks absolutely stunning! They also gave us a complimentary engraving and told us to bring my fiances ring back before the wedding to be polished on the house.

The only draw back is that they are in a kind of Boutique where there are other units who can be a little aggressive in their sales approach.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN ENGAGEMENT RING FOR MY FIANCE, I HAD DECIDED TO SURPRISE HER AND SO WAS EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THE TIME THEY GAVE ME GIVING ME ADVICE ON THE VARIOUS OPTIONS. THEY GAVE ME A CRASH COURSE IN DIAMONDS AND SHOWED ME A LARGE SELECTION OF GIA CERTIFIED DIAMONDS AND TALKED ME THROUGH THEM AND GUIDED ME TOWARDS "THE ONE!"

THE DIAMOND THAT I CHOSE WAS GIA CERTIFIED AND OF EXCELLENT CUT, WITH NO FLOURESCENCE. THEY THEN PATIENTLY GUIDED ME THROUGH THE LARGE VARIETY OF SETTINGS AVAILABLE AND ASSURED ME THAT IF SHE DIDN'T LIKE IT WE COULD RETURN AND CHOOSE ANOTHER.

THE PRICE THAT I PAID WAS EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE AND MY NOW FIANCE WAS OVER THE MOON WITH HER RING, AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY CHOICE!!!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOREVER DIAMONDS FOR THEIR PATIENCE, HONESTY AND GUIDANCE. I WILL BE BACK TO THEM FOR MY WEDDING RINGS LATER THIS YEAR!
