Anabsolute pleasure to have dealt with this company and strongly urge if anyone is thinking of buying wood furniture ,as we did ,this is the company to buy from . I brought 5 pieces of beautiful wood bedroom furniture from this company ..which was very very reasonably priced .. I was updated frequently on my order .. if I asked a question I was responded back to immediately whenever I emailed and on delivery, the gentleman who came to deliver it ,was very friendly helpful and made sure I was happy with delivery before he left .. and we are over the moon with our furniture . Nothing is to much trouble for this company and strongly recommend buying from them ,as we all want to purchase items without having problems and this company will make sure your orders delivery and communication goes very easily

I ordered three pieces of furniture and all were delivered within 7 days. Extremely happy with the delivery and helpful delivery service. Furniture looks amazing and I am really happy with it. Definitely will use again.

Dreadful company to deal with, disgusting attitude, staff continually lie to you.

My order was delivered today, on time and as expected, this is not the service given by others. The furniture, wardrobe, drawers and blanket box, were exactly as described I'm so happy and such good value for money.

The delivery guys were fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional.

still waiting for my order I don't understand how it could possibly take so long .would not recommend buying from this company all they said was sorry and I'm still waiting ordered it last year .

We ordered a dining set from this company and they took payment immediately. We recieved an email some days later regarding a delivery date which was unsuitable. Several phonecalls later a suitable date was still not arranged then we recieved another email suggesting another delivery time which we made arrangements for and accepted. The day BEFORE the arranged delivery we recieved yet another email to inform us they had tried to deliver but no one was at home! Another phonecall reveals they had a glitch in their system and could they deliver the following week?! Totally shambolic systems, customer service who only seem to have telephones which accept calls, they never call you, a company who fail to meet their contractual commitment to customers. Their suggested delivery would be almost a month after order made and payment taken when they promise delivery within 10 days! Don't waste your time with them. Give your money to a company who know what they're doing.

I order sum furniture about a few weeks ago fantastic very happy with them wud order again the driver was there helpful called me when he was on is way took all packaging away aswell and all the staff was very helpful aswell so want to say thanks to the office staff and driver.

Fantastic service from day one got a phone call from the girls in the office to say that my item was on van for next day delivery mid afternoon drop off the driver called me 1 hr before to tell me he was on is way when he arrive he was very Happy helpful could chat could not ask for anything else of him, was is name bless him. I would use this company again and I would tell all my friends about it.

Disgraceful customer service. 5 months following initial order still waiting on full delivery. complete lack of communication, which involved me emailing phoning and correcting. mis-communication, empty promises and continued mistakes. very stressful time and would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. have repeatedly asked for manager to contact me directly but never has. even the staff are apologising on his behalf and are appaulled at the lack of customer service. have now had to take this further with citizens advice and trading standards - to which no one from the company has responded to. misold products/information delivery times and customer service promise.

nothing else to say other than they will take your money and run. The worst company I have ever dealt with by a country mile
