Would like to take time to say that over 7 years of using Panache Kids we have found that their service has been amazing, helpfull and fast, cant understand the negative reviews, we have had quick resolutions to any problems and can recommend them to everyone... I just keep buying from them time after time because they are reasonable prices and good quality and always there to help

I ordered shoes for my daughter, the sizing is way off and had to return. These guys ignored my emails regarding the returned goods, after 3 weeks of trying to make contact, I made a claim via paypal. I was lucky I Hhad paid with paypal and had tracked my returned parcel, otherwise I would not have got my refund. NOT AN HONEST COMPANY AVOID!

Purchased 2 items from panache kids, one item i returned because it was a small sized fit (Tracksuit) & pair of nice boots for my daughter. They refunded smoothly and quick and sent 2nd my order well packaged and quick delivery, good site and nice clothes.

So annoyed, I returned an item and can not get a refund. These guys are not honest and are very unhelpful. When buying everything is fine, unless you have to return goods, then the helpful attitude turns to one of avoidance. I would not recommend Panache Kids.

Also, there shoe sizing is way off the mark.

Order two pairs of uggs. They were the only shop to offer the style I wanted in the right size and was very pleased with the price. I ordered on a Wednesday I had my order by the Friday of the same week. I loved the fact that they put in a pack of sweets in the shoe boxes and a little note to say who packed and enjoy the purchases. I think this shows how much they value their customers. Will definitely use them again.

After emailing in 3 times to get the discount code for the price match garantue still never received it 5 phone calls later and each time being told I would get it that day still never got it finial phone call they finally gave me the code over phone first phone call was politie after that they just got worse, ordered my items only to find after I'd order that they haven't price matched at all and I could of got these all a lot cheaper elsewhere but decided to go through these so I had one parcel to track,haven't got the clothes yet but my hopes really ain't high! because I took the easy pay option I won't get a refund on my money I can't be arsed to ring up to get the difference sorted because it will probably take me another 3 weeks to do that then another month to get the money back because there so slow I defiantly wouldn't use this company again and would love to review them on there site but surprise you can't wonder why!

I have bought several times from panache and every time I have been extremely happy. Customer service is great, staff all friendly and helpful and always ready to advise. Fab shop, I will continue to buy!

I have ordered matching dresses socks and bows for my children and purchased winter coats for them they have arrived on time beautifully packaged I like the fact they put a little sweet treat in my children love that the customer service is brill! Also love the fact you can choose the easy payment you pay a deposit of 20% of your order and then can pay in instalments have recommended to friends will continue to shop here

I don't know why there's bad reviews for this shop, (competitor store reviews I expect) I have purchased from this website a few times over the last couple of years. Lovely easy to use website. Delivery is quick, everything is packaged beautifully and they sell branded items so always great quality. I recommend this shop to many friends huge selection of products to choose from. I've never experienced rude staff if I call they are always helpful I have called for sizing information many times and never experienced poor service.
