Waudby's were the only website that came up with the type of part I required - spindle for Bailey Unicorn caravan jockey wheel. Placed the order and a day later received a call to say their supplier no longer produced it and they would refund me. They then came back with another solution after consulting their technical dept. This was great proactive work by Waudby's for a fairly inexpensive but scarce part. Full marks for great service and friendly help on the phone. I'll certainly make them my first port of call when I next need a part.

yet again disappointed, this is unfortunately the second time we have received poor customer service when returning faulty items through no fault of our own,to be met with unhelpful and quite frankly very un caring staff,such a shame as it is the only caravan shop that within a reasonable distance of where we live

Ordered new Kampa Rally Club 390 awning for our new caravan. This was the only site that had the awning in the required colour and all the accessories.

No delivery charge and very prompt receipt , ready for our holiday in Cornwall!!!!

The Kampa is a brilliant awning, very easy to put up and robust enough to stand up to the strong wind and rain we experienced. Only minor leaks at some of the seams but acceptable.

Have bought other items from Waudby's, all with same excellent service and price.

Great range of stock at excellent prices. Their staff are so friendly and efficient - even telephoned to say item would be delayed by a couple of days as out of stock.

Also when I had to return an item, through no fault of theirs. I actually had a phone call to say that it had been received back and credit would be in my account very soon - which it was.

Great awning at an excellent price!! Paid extra delivery cost to receive awning by 12noon the day after ordering. When I phoned the company they were very helpful and friendly. They told me that they would watch out for my online order and process it immediately so that I received next day delivery. Fantastic service, would recommend Waudby's.

First item was damaged (in transit), staff were very helpful in arranging collection a replacement. Can’t fault them on the product/price and best of all a real person who is willing to help when you ring!

Easy to use website,with a great range of products.I have bought a few things in the past,and,would definatly buy again.I have purchased their own brand of toilet flush and toilet blue,and they are cheaper than most places and a great product.The only thing i can compain about,is the fact they havnt got an outlet in devon so you could see the products before you buy.

I have used Waudbys a few times and have always found the products good quaility and the prices very resonable. The last items I bought were 2 sleeping bags and these I found very good quaility and priced a lot cheaper than on other sites. I would highly recomend this company.
