I bought sofa on Monday and was delivered on Saturday. Until this time I thought this was a very good company until I realised the delivery guys had ripped part of my sofa. I called the office immediately , added pictures and was told they will get back to me.

I have just received an email to say they are not interested as I had signed for the item.

I think this is disgusting as I have spent well over £600.

I will not recommend this company ever as their after service is nothing to write home about.

Guys watch out

Ordered 3 seater and 2 seater soafas on a Friday and they were delivered on time arranged the following Thursday. Delivery guys were excellent unpacking putt8ng furniture together and removing old 3 piece suite. Would recommend.

This started in June and we gave £50 deposit in Chemsford shopping centre at very begining of June after weeks we were delivered the completly wrong colour settees and refused to accept rang company to complain and they said would send right ones out , in a weeks time , waited 6 weeksto be delivered another one same as before! Wrong colour, fed up and asked deposit back and was toldnonrefundable!, so luckily had kept our old ones! Now its September and wd finaly got the colour we were happy with but not what we had ordered still! Then after sitting on it we found it had no support and we just sank into it! Rang Furniture4u and they said e mail problems also was told we would get free cushions for the problems ww had but needless to say never got these! We regret getting these so much! We doubt will get any reply looking at other reviews! Complete waste of money! And so uncomfortable now keeping one of the old ones!

Purchase bed settee in full on a Saturday delivery arranged for following Friday. Received a phone call on Friday saying bad accident on road can I change to Saturday, I explained that was not in and needed it today. All was agreed but sofa never turned up. Phoned following Monday and they told me they would be able to deliver Tuesday after 4 as I was working. Telephoned Tuesday to confirm I would have a delivery and was told it was not down for delivery as the lorry had broken down !! Obviously they had forgotten to inform me that I was not getting a delivery ! I have asked for a full refund, now I am waiting for the Manager to get back to me, other wise I will be phoning my bank for a refund on the charge back scheme. These pople should not be trading. BEWARE

I want to warn customers not to deal with this company as all they do is take your money and dont promise what they say. I lost £50 deposit with them. I ordered a sofa bed had to wait quite long they kept giving me these rubbish excuses it was coming from Germany which i didnt believe. When they delivered the sofa it couldnt get through the door the delivery boys were very unhelpful and had a bad attitude they didnt even try to get it in. When i spoke to the manager he was just as useless as they were and wouldnt give me my deposit back only credit note which i didnt want. I have learnt from my mistake i will never order anything else from those type of companies they are cons.

we was been delayed from week to week now try to cancel order and they want to give me some bloody voucher. i want my f***g money back as this is more than useless service provided!!!!

I am an Interior blogger and was looking through your stores and websites for products. I found them to be very attractive and alos appropriate for home décor. I specillay liked the Kids collection you ‘’ll have.

Parents bought a sofa set - firstly it arrived terribly late (few weeks), we had to chase them up so many times.

Customer service is non-existent, every time you call feels like the person on the other end hates their mere being.

Fast forward a few months later, the sofa started falling apart - dad then told me to call them because they assured him of a years warranty, although at the time they didn't issue him with a copy - how convenient. Anyway, I called, they told me to email some pictures and they'd reply in 2 days.

A week later, I chase the email up, having had no reply, and apparently, the warranty doesn't cover the sofa which slowly falling apart.

I'd like to see if this is legally correct too, not everyone has money to burn to keep on buying new furniture - such an inconsiderate bunch of incompetent people.

DO NOT buy from here - EVER EVER, im going to warn all my family and friends too.

I ordered 4 separate items from Furniture for you and I had no problems what so ever thought they was pretty good! I have got 2 furniture place use 1 being Furniture For you and the second being Kassa Furniture both good places except Kassa if a (wholesalers) but their products are HIGH end so really I would use any ;)kassafurniture
