A one man company with awful degrading treatment of customers.

Avoid at all costs.

This company has failed to deliver a bed on two separate occasions leaving my 80yr father-in-law sleeping on the settee. Speaking to customer service is shocking with them showing little empathy and a lack of ownership to resolve passing the blame to the delivery company. Had to put a PayPal claim in to receive a refund!

Update: bed delivered 8 days late however, on unpacking the quality was atrocious. They did offer a refund through PayPal if we sent it back. We explained that our father in law (who’s bed it was at the caravan) was seriously ill in hospital and it would be a couple of Weeks before we could arrange to have it sent back as we didn’t want to leave him. They offered no empathy or leeway so unfortunately our claim lapsed and they won. Sadly he never came home from hospital and passed away. As a company they wouldn’t offer any support during troubled times or extend the timeframe to return to allow us to spend precious time with him during his final days. They can keep the money for the bed but this is a warning to all potential buyers….this company is disgraceful!

This company ,in a nutshell,are toxic! They sold us a mattress ,which was portrayed as the same as what we had owned..and enjoyed for 8 years.What we received was a much inferior mattress bearing no resemblance to what we ordered.Different fabric,failed stitching and totally deformed after one night use.Took it up with Hf4you....not interested at all...their attitude is deplorable...raised a dispute through Paypal and obtained a refund,albeit it cost us £90 in courier charges to return.All i would say is dont believe a word these rogues say...they should be in jail.

They didn't deliver the bed when promised, were deceitful and inept on the phone, disingenuous and refused to provide a refund. They are cheap for a reason, cos they're desperate for your money and can't deliver. Don't waste your time, money or energy. Order from the well established competitors who understand good customer service. I've raised a dispute with my bank and reported them to trading standards.

If I didn’t have to put a star I wouldn’t, Bought a bed on Amazon off this Seller, bed turned up two days later than Amazon informed us. So wasted 2 days, when bed was opened it had a snapped spar, on headboard piece, after continued contact with seller and Amazon, still nothing rectified. They want us to pay for collection of £45 or return goods for refund at our own expense, the box takes two people to carry and won’t fit in car, surely as they supplied item not fit for purpose they should carry costs.Just revived this

The saying is true 'buy cheap, buy twice'

Our divan bed broke after a few months on both sides. Even the wood snapped on the side its that cheaply made. Even though your ment to have ' 1 year Warrenty' they don't want to know! They just want you to pay for a new one.

They are very DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! Each person I spoke to was very rude and gave me numerous different prices and answers when I tried to resolve this issue. They will fob you off and take your money. If I was you I would put the extra couple of pounds and buy from a proper, professional shop and get quality products. So called 'manager' doesn't even exist here and give out false names!!!

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received from you guys, many thanks. Will definately be ordering again.

Bought a bed online when it arrived it had parts missing that made it impossible to use. When i requested the parts namely pneumatic arms and support rails, I was told to pay extra money £75 more to be precise. Then the item that did come had no pistons and no support rails. When i asked for them I was told to f off I'm not getting anything. Went to trading standards.

Bought a bed from them and arrived promptly with no issues. 6 months later the mattress broke, contacted them and they were very helpful and said they would email. 8 months later and only 3 responses to 17 emails and still no luck in trying to return the faulty bed. Avoid at all costs!

If you want garbage customer service, ignored by email and telephone then these are the people to deal with.

I had to threaten them with further action when they refused to cancel and refund my money.

Dont be fooled by the pretty website. They will treat you with contempt and you will have nothing but problems.

There are other retailers out there who will genuinely value your custom. Use one of them and stay well clear of Home Furnishings UK.
