Extremely Slow Download, 48hrs Expiry

I found the movies extremely slow to download (4-7 hours), they have an expiry time of 48hours of course which ran out as I didn't have access or time to wait. Other sites can provide much better download times. I felt shammed by this technique and I'm sure others have had difficulty with downloading speed etc. Seems MovieBerry is making money for nothing. Very disappointed in their strategy.

Movieberry is a very good site to DOWNLOAD movies from. I have done business with this site for 10+ years.

Use PC not Apple, less issues.

You need good internet for this site to work, works better if your wired to the your router.

Buy a 12tb Hd $200.

Download Internet Download Manager, trust me its awesome.

Buy a subscription or 3 month. You only want to do three month.

The idea is to transition from dvd to digital.

Movieberry may not have a few things, but Ive got about A 1000 movies off them for pennies on the dollar. And they have never been shady or done me wrong.

Terrible Customer Service

There were a couple of movies that I tried to download where the download stopped before it was complete (I made sure there was enough free space on my computer first). I opened a ticket, and they asked if I selected "continue download"? I asked them where this function was, because I couldn't find it anywhere on the site. They then said I needed download manager for quicker download speeds. After downloading (or trying to download) from five different download manager sites, I told them that none of what I was able to download increased the speed. I also questioned why I should download additional software to get something I had already paid for. They came back with the same response as the last time regarding download manager. I would think that any site that isn't willing to offer a refund when one of there movies won't download should at least give you an indefinite time period (not just 48 hours) to allow you to download it.

Recommend To A Friend? 'reluctantly, Here's Why:

movieberry.com does have thousands of movies, but many of the movies they have either don't download or 'aren't available for download--and, you 'can write to them 'every night of the week--and, 'what wasn't available (though 'they say they'll get to a.s.a.p.) is still unavailable.

movieberry.com "used" to have decent "download" times, 15 to 20 minutes, now, except for two hours in the wee hours of the morning, 2:00/4:400 a.m. my time zone, downloading takes between 12 to 24 hours (their usage is so high, they haven't 'dealt with their subscription volume and 'thus, 'during "HIGH USE TIMES", 'it's impossible to download or view anything on line.

movieberry.com 'ALWAYS COMES UP AS SUSPICIOUS 'spyware on my firewall system, 'thus, I 'don't wholly trust their site; I suspect they sell 'my searches and possibly other material to other sources--so, I always use them 'with 'everything else CLOSED.

'in the past, when I downloaded 'one of their recommended sites, I've gotten 'downloads of 'programs I never 'gave my computer 'permission to download--and, one, as yet, I haven't been able to 'rid my computer (even by completely 'washing my pc).

So, 'my question, 'is movieberry.com in the 'business of dispensing movies or 'dispensing personal information.

Just know 'when one buy's from them; one must be aware.

875 movies, 52 tv series downloaded from movie over a ten year span.

You need a good wired internet connection, not wireless.

Minimum 4tb external hd. You want external so it can connect to new tvs.

Use PC not Apple.

Download and Internet Download Manager. I Love thing thing!!!!

Buy the $120 3 month unlimited downloads, and download like crazy.

If the movie is unavailable find another one.

It would not hurt to have virus protection.

Movieberry has never been shady with me. I trust them. Customer for 10+ years.

Movieberry Sucks

My granddaughter received $100 gift to view her favorite shows on Movieberry. We have $85 left and as much as we want, we cannot get a refund. Everytime we play a movie, it freezes up or skips a line over and over and over again. Eventually it will restart a movie each time we have problems. I in all honesty have not been able to finish viewing a movie, any movie without problems. Movieberry sucks!!!! The last movie I had 6 problems and finally I just gave up.

I would definitely not recommend this to anybody but my worst enemy.

3 Years A Happy Customer.

Movieberry offers a great selection of films and the quality is consistently good, the value undeniably fantastic! For me though what really makes it shine is the fact that I can get films in English! I'm a Brit living in France and I find other services (google play, Netflix etc.) only let us have films in French. Would definitely recommend. TBH without movieberry I probably wouldn't download films!

To Movieberry Or Not To Movieberry

I have never lost money or had issues with credit cards But Movieberry has issues with the quality (they have always refunded my money) and its annoying because you have to wait two weeks or more for the fix. The customer service is mater of fact, this may be due to lack of English or small staff. They have been having problems for the past three weeks and have not posted any movies. They say its server problems. They are quirky no doubt about it but the price is right for $120 you get three months free unlimited downloads. One week they had that special for $85 I purchased it and download over 500 movies and TV shows. About 15 were bad and I had to submit tickets, but hey 50 free movies a day for three months :)

Very Poor Downloads With Don't Care Attitude

I have been with movieberry for quite a while and they have simply gone down the toilet over the last few months with downloads coming through at 30 KBPS even though I have fibre optic speeds. Emailed my complaint and a robot came back telling me to use download managers which are useless.

Trying to get in contact with them and they have ignored me and my problem. Don't waste your money because you simply don't get what they are offering.

Paid Money, Doesn't Work

I paid $25 dollars or so, downloaded one movie. No problem. Since that time I have been unable to even log in. "User not exists" it tells me. I clicked "Forgot password". It told me an email had been sent to my address so I could change my password. Not true. None was sent. I went to their troubleshooting page and sent an email. It hasn't been answered. It seems like a dodgy business.

Rip Off,,!

I used them a few years back, the movies did not work, they still had some money of mine, I emailed them several times with no response, and I eventually gave up! They then recently sent me an Xmas email which I promptly deleted! I wouldn't use them again if I was payed to!
