So you write a gene review of your horrible experience with some unscrupulous company, ie energy companies main culprit, next thing they are asking you for info as proof it’s genuine!

You reluctantly give that info and they remove a perfectly constructive review , no harsh lan or expletive, .

Gets wearing the integrity team are anything but and just take bribes to remove reviews/

Those reviews are never removed by other sites funnily enough.

The word trust, should be removed from their flaky site as they have neither trust nor integrity .

Waste of time.

I have given a negative review of some behaviour of one company. They flagged it as a fake, so Trustpilot wanted proof. Then is the "magic" happen.

So far I can understand it. Reviews need to be real both sides. The problem is I have my proofs on place. I tried to send them but it looks like their server is blocking every email with attachment. I tried with a lot of images, then reduced it to two, then even with one image cutted to a size of 70kb. No luck even with that one. So I've ended with text only, but text is not a proof. It got through but I'm sure that won't bring anything and nobody will care about my proofs.

It's a shame. Like there is no site you can trust on the Internet now days. It's not even close. Have similar experience with Google Reviews a week or two ago. Just there google wanted a proof of a normal visit to a place from two (yes, two) years ago...

People, if you want a genuine reviews is better to look on not moderated sites. It have risk too, but the negatives there would probably be real.

People can simply delete your review & trustpilot does nothing about this, don't ever use this as a reliable site for reviews as all reviews are botted and the legit ones get removed.

I used this site for my reviews for a long time as it was the main player in the market and the reviews were quite entertaining having been written with a certain flair. I have however abandoned it as it became obvious there were reviews that were not genuine and my reviews were constantly being taken down, sometimes two in the one day. Clearly its algorithms to sift out fake content are not working. I was asked to provide documentation to back up my claims which can be very difficult if you don't have a receipt and in any case you can't always verify what is in fact an opinion. Hopefully the Review Centre will be better.

I placed a bonafide review and it was removed by ZEN Internet as they give TP money.

Can’t leave a negative review about Yodel being incompetent and bad tracking updates. Trustpilot keeps removing them.

Trustpilot remove your review when a company complains they don't think your review is real, and to be fair they notify you of the same. But when you prove that you did indeed deal with the company you gave a bad review for, they will not accept the information you provide even with 7 screenshots providing proof of my dealings with the company they refuse to put the review back up. If they cant do that it makes a mockery of their entire system and renders it useless and without integrity.

oh and if you want to know the company I gave a bad review about, that would be Motorway

After having an awful experience with a company and giving it a corresponding negative review on trustpilot, I was then asked to provide lots of evidence that I had a genuine experience.

After providing email screenshots of the company in question providing an apology and refund the day after I had reviewed them, I was told that this wasn't sufficient as it was after the review was made!?!?

Yet, the company that challenged my review have thousands of clearly fake 5* reviews that are left unchallenged!! The company is question is Jobleads!!

They barred me because TRUSTPILOT don't believe in GOD. They prefer to look down on humble innocent people and watch them suffer.

God is aware of TRUSTPILOTS evil behaviour. Amen!!!

What a Naive idiot I was to write a 100% honest review on Trustpilot to warn others about a sham investment trading platform trading online. Said organisation complained to Trustpilot who instantly removed my review before giving me the option to reply. Laughable actually because I looked at this company on the platform after making a small investment for fun and was horrified at the negative reviews, should have looked first! However when I decided to leave a review about my experiences all most all of the bad reviews had been deleted! A few token ones remained together with obvious fake ones, which to my mind were posted by the actual organisation being reviewed, I could tell by the language they were using and sentence construction. So another life lesson, thought I would have learned it all by now due to my age but guess not! So people, treat the reviews on Trustpilot with a shovel full of salt. Am hoping this review platform does not suffer the same problem, if not I will post my previous review about this investing and trading company here to warn others.
