As the company did my garage roof and I was happy with the work I asked them to block paving a part of my garden, after my consolation with the person I dealt with I paid £500 deposit to £2.500 cost last August, an appointment was made to start the work in September but never turned up and I never heard anything from them, the two times I spoke to them it was because I called, now I can't even through and I'm worried losing my deposit, Avoid this company.

my dad had the misfortune to employ this company to replace 1 of his roofs ....while inspecting the 1 roof they vandalised 1 of the other roofs .... loft extention ...stamped through the roof .appauling service ... when something went wrong they would not come out and fix it ... had to get citizens advice involved to force them to fix the problem '''dad oap

Arranged for my roof to be replaced by Heritage , all aspects from quote to survey to work carried out and checks made during work were fine. I was consulted throughout about the staff and work quality, to satisfaction after finished. Pleased with results.

This company recently fitted us some new pvc fascia boards at the front of our house-excellent service from start to finish.The young man who came to give us a quote initially was very professional. The guys who came to do the work (January 13th 2020) did an excellent job. Worked hard and were very professional and didnt complain when the weather was awful too.

Had the flat roofing material replaced by Heritage some time ago. The roof has performed well since then with no sign of any leaks. The work was done quickly and to an excellent standard. The edge trimmings are neat and look good. I would definitely recommend them without reservation. Competitively priced.

Out with friends, before they had to return to London, for a meal, I had a phone call from my neighbour to tell me that scaffolders had turned up at my house and were knocking holes in the brick walls and erecting scaffolding. I spoke to the scaffolder on the phone and he said that they had been given my address and were sub contractors for Heritage. I had to leave my friends, a meal half finished to get a taxi back home to see what was going on. The next day I spoke with a guy at Heritage to complain, the exchange led to him slamming the phone down on me - not a very good PR thing to do. He did phone back but stuck to his story that it was the fault of the scaffolders (which they employ) who he claims went to the wrong address.I am 100% sure thats not the case.

Any normal person would have apologised and offered to reimburse my financial loss, the time I missed with my friends cannot be replaced.

They have some terrible reviews and if attitude is anything to go by I would strongly advise not to have dealings with this company.

We wish to compliment you on all your staff for the lovely job done on our roof. from the Salesperson to the roofing team they were all good. Polite, good workers they didn't stop, it took them two and a half days which was brilliant. It has rained and there are no leaks !!! They cleaned up after themselves, no rubbish left at all. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

The job was completed as agreed. Site was left clean and tidy, and the roof looks spectacular.

Price was at the right level, supporting good quality materials and workmanship.

Fully recommended.

I have just had my roof, fascia's, guttering and chimney re-pointed and capped off by heritage and I have to say they have done a brilliant job.

The workmen were great and professional, turned up on time and have done an excellent job from start to finish.

the only problem I have is that my roof and guttering look so good I now have to paint the outside of the house to match...lol
