Amiable, Professional Agents!
Having worked in the industry myself for 4 years, I am yet to find a more amiable and professional agency than Blue Bubble Lettings. Before even moving in, David has always gone the extra mile with nothing being too much trouble.
In summary, this agency is a must when considering letting out your property or alternatively if you are looking to rent yourself!

David was extremely helpful and professional. He only showed me properties that met my criteria and didn't try to pressure me into something that wasn't exactly what i was looking for.
He was available on the phone when I needed to talk to him and to top it all I was very happy with his charges.
All in all one of, if not the best experience I have had when looking for a flat to rent.

Got to be a five star on value for money. Blue Bubble lettings have come in at much cheaper than other quotes and have already shown their dedication to the task in contacting the tenants and explaining precisely what they need to do in the event of problems. I feel that a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.
New idea this virtual office thing but as the other poster said "If it keeps the price down - good enough for me).

Fantastic! I wasn't sure about using a company that I hadn't heard of before and I must admit that I was mainly tempted due to the price. I have been using a large firm for my rentals for years but they charge me more than double what was on offer with these guys.
They rented my property very quickly and kept in touch from day one.
My only worry is/was that they are working "virtually" (as they called it!) Basically, no official offices. But I guess that is why they can do it so cheap! A+
The landline number does not look to be a Southampton number (40, 44, 55, 58,59,90 etc) it looks to be a purchased BT number which re directs you to a mobile number instead. I could be wrong but not entirely convinced?
Yes, the problem can also be here today and gone tomorrow with no form of recompense.
Also a big worry I've noted that this firm is not registered with any official body regulating letting agents. If this firm was more 'established and signed up to some form of official compensation scheme I'd be more tempted.
In most cases you get what you pay for but conversely you also don't get what you've already paid for?
