I ordered three articles for a birthday. Promised was a delivery within five days (to the Netherlands). Checking my order online said 'in progress'. The same after 10 days. I, online, asked what was happening. No reaction, two days later I sent a request again, no answer. Then I sent three emails, no reaction. After 14 days only one article was delivered. So I wrote an email again. No answer! Suddenly my order was removed from my account and this morning I found out that the money for the two missing articles were paid back to me. No reason, nothing. I paid Euro 5 postage for a tshirt of Euro 6!

What an awful shop to buy online. Pity, the clothes are very affordable but this is no way of treating a customer.

DPAM is a beautiful shop with the most adorable baby/children's clothes. The clothes are well-made and last so well that they will effortlesly be handed down to siblings or friends. They are colourful, happy and unlike anything we have in Holland. Our daughter is always getting compliments.

That said, the service is terrible. Delivery is on time, clothes are always in good shape.... but if there is a problem for which you need customer services you'd better speak French well. I've tried on the phone and by email. The English-speaking customers get automatic emailreply's or someone on the phone that will not understand them. They are not able/willing to answer your question or find someone that does understand you. This is quite disappointing since the website does have a decent english mirrorsite and they do cater to customers not from France.

So... all said and done, great clothes but Englishspeaking customers better not encounter any problems, since they will not help you.

We encountered a DPAM shop when travelling thourhg France a few years ago and bought plenty of cute clothes for our baby girl. We now shop at least twice a year on DPAM Online Shop, they deliver to most countries within Europe, have a great range of colourful baby and children clothing. So far everything arrived in good shape.
