Three weeks ago I have reserved a Car (Fiat Linea).

A Employee from Elit Car has confirmed the reservation via E-Mail.

Today (three weeks later) they just wrote me a message that no cars are availible.

They couldent give me any reason for their handling.

I think they Just wants to Rent my reserved Car for a higher rental price.

Now my holiday is in trouble, because on Sonday is my flight to Antalya there is no any rental car availible.

The worstest experiance which I have ever made is "Elit Car".

I can just say: Do not ever think about to rent a Car from this unserios company.

This disaster cost me know more then 2000 Euro.

I ve tried to contact Elit Car ,but they do not care.

I made a reservation online for a larger and nicer car; however, when I got to the airport they gave me a smaller car that was dirty inside, with ripped seats and smelled like cigarettes. He told me the car I wanted would be ready on the following day, but it was not. They just lied day after day and finally they said we would get a refund for the smaller car. My rental broke down and they tried to blame me for it, and I was without a car for a few hours. When I returned the car, they only gave back a little money.

I just returned from a trip to Antalya, Turkey and I would like to advise the community to avoid the car rental company: Elit Car Rental (www.elitcarrental.com)!!! The reason:

This so called car rental company did NOT deliver the car that we rented over the internet and verbally confirmed over the phone (1 day prior to our arrival)!!!

After talking on the phone 2 times with the guy from Elit Car Rental after our arrival in Antalya airport, he gave the bogus explanation that there was an accident with our car on the way to the airport and he does not have an alternative car for us The bottom line is that we (me, my wife and 2 small children) had to wait for ours at the airport, and eventually had to rent a new car (at a very high price) at an alternative (real) car rental company at the Antalya airport.
