Incorrect product description. No responsibility accepted. Rude for no reason - I guess the only reason is I wanted my money back for clear store stuff up. I regret not trusting all those bad reviews.

I returned a faulty tablet as agree d. After six weeks no contact. I have emailed and written, phones never answered.

Rubbish service, Amazon miles better.

Very Fishy Worst Companu Ever

Have a broken phone. I cannot contact this company in any way. Their phone numbers do not work. They refer you to a non-existent support chat. Your only option is email and they take their time answering those.

I will likely have to ask for a charge-back from my credit card.

Do not buy anything from these people!

Unbelievably Terrible Company

I ordered a Nexus 6 phone for £325, paying with PayPal. Had no order confirmation but an email receipt from PayPal straight away. I emailed Expansys and heard nothing. I phoned them and was told there was no order on their system. They promised to refund me. I waited a few days. Nothing. I rang again. No record of my phone conversation with them. Was promised again that they'd refund me but only if I sent a screen shot proving I'd paid them the £325. I sent that and still no refund. After launching a dispute with PayPal, sure enough after a week or so I got my money back.

2 lessons here:

1) Read the reviews of the site and think, surely if there are so many bad ones then alarm bells should be going off;

2) Always pay with PayPal, especially if you're brave or crazy enough to buy something from Expansys.

Disgraceful Customer Service

I would recommend that this company is avoided. I bout an iphone 5c and after a year the phone has started flickers. I was told it was still under cover by expansys and I could send it back for repair which can take up to 30 days but not usually. I sent my phone away for repair on the 14th May and to date there is no update on the repair even after numerous requests by email. This is not the 6th week without my phone. I have also made numerous calls to the UK to try get an update but to no avail. I receive a standard non useful reply that they have requested an update which is never provided. What kind of company does not even answer their own customer service manager. There is no way to contact the department by phone even for the customer service manager. The is apparently no one higher then the customer service manager that I can escalate this issue to. So basically there is nothing what so ever that I can do only wait for a returns department to actually bother to finally decide to provide an update. I have also asked for a refund again to be told they need an update from the returns department before they can issue one. So I just go round in circles which is unbelievably exhausting. DO MY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

It Took 5 Months To Get My Refund!

It took 5 months to get my refund. I ordered a phone from this company. There was no problems with delivery. The phone became faulty (charger dock fell out) and the shop they told me to take to could not repair it. I sent it back to expansys as they requested and they could not fix it either. They offered me a few options and i asked for the refund (because it took so long i got a new phone elsewhere anyway). From sending the phone back to offering a refund, it took roughly 2 months. They claimed and fought with me that they had given me a refund but there was no money from them in my account. They then realised that i actually hadn't received my refund and sent the request off to the correct department and once again i was told i would receive my refund. This happened 4 times. They asked for my bank account details 6 times. I have a trail of around 50 emails between myself and expansys. After lots of arguing, emails and calls they issued my refund 5 month later. This company is a disgrace.

Shocking Customer Service

Bought a Nexus 10 tablet in March 2014, recently had some wifi issues with the tablet and returned it for repair. After a few weeks I called for an update to be told that they were re-issuing the tablet for a 2nd repair???

After another week i had heard nothing and I am now past the 30 days repair window they mentioned to me. I was offered a refund or exchange and was then told an exchange would not be possible as they have none in stock, so i agreed on accepting a refund which happened almost two weeks ago. After many more calls to Expansys, I have still received no refund, can never get to speak to a manager and worst of all, they don't even appear to update the records after each call. They are the most shambolic company i have ever had to deal with.

Great for prices at the time of purchase but useless should anything go wrong with your product. Absolutely no chance of ever buying anything from them again.

Not sure how these guys are still in business. I ordered a phone which shuts itself randomly. I emailed them with in seven days of delivery as advised on their website. I received no response. I sent another email after a week asking for a refund and again no reply. Today I called the customer services and had a hard time explaining that the product is faulty and I need a refund. First I was told that I should have contacted within 7 days and as its been more than 14 days I will receive no refund but just a repair which might take a month. When I complained that I sent an email within 7 days of delivery I am told that I should have contacted about the faulty product within 1 day of delivery. I was surprised how these guys have created rules on the fly. I am refused a refund because I failed to inform the very helpful customer services about the fault within 1 day of delivery. I am not sure how I could have spotted the random shut down of the faulty phone within one day. I will avoid them in future.
