This is a great read from child to adult, I would recommend it to anyone, all I can say now is that I need to get the 12th as I got "The End" thinking that it was the 12th, but only to find it was indeed the 13th, lol.

I Have Read The Book And Watched The Film And I Ha
I have read the book and watched the film and I have in fact recommended both to friends.
This book captivates you from the start with a tragic first chapter which leaves the Baudelaire children as orphans, with no home and no immediate family that they are aware of.
To add to the tale, the children's parents were exceptionally wealthy and in their will they left all their money to their children as they turn 16.
This fact caputures the interest of one super villain who will stop at nothing to trick or steal the money from the children.
Luckily, he gets more than he bargins for with Violet, Klaus and Sunny who, although very young, are certainly not defenseless.
The twists and turns in this book are fantastic, but it is certainly not a feel-good book as every time you think the children have managed to escape and find a better life, their world falls down around their ears once again.
If you think you can handle it though, a much recommended read!

When the children have to move from somebodys house that they like that part was really sad and made me feel sad as well.

At least you'll be reading something you enjoy unlike somthing you dislike. Normally if you dislke a book you'll put them down, but with this your friends will have to grasp it from your hands to see whats so good. 10/10
