Had My 3com Palm Iiie About 1 Year And It Works We
Had my 3com Palm IIIe about 1 year and it works well BUT the hot sync software is the pits this a.m. it has managed to wipe my diary off the hand held although it's on my pc. This is about the second time this has happened this is my memory. I NEED the diary so I am off to buy a replacement, not Palm that will do the business.

been using my 3com Palm IIIe PDA for more than 2 yrs now, been a great organiser. now with added DB capabilities, i can design my simple DB to capture data while on the move , can perform most of my need on the field.
works fine with eudora mail.. no complaints

Got This To Be An Electronic Diary And Phone Book.
Got this to be an electronic diary and phone book. It does these functions very well but that's just the start. Virtually ANYTHING that you might want to do with a PDA there's a program written for the Palm Platform. My IIIe is now a learning remote control, a metronome, a map/directions finder, webpage/newspaper/tv guide, timer, clock weights/measures/currency converter, games platform and note taker. That's just the surface and mine's the base model with the smallest RAM!
If you need a lot of note-taking, buy the add on stowaway keyboard. You don't need it day to day but for long periods of text input it would be useful.
Get a Palm organiser. You will NEVER regret it.
