In all fairness to the machine, I am using it to function as a heavy duty, commercial type machine, which it is not. For average home use, it would probably be superb. If this problem could be worked out, I would more than likely buy another one, and that says a lot!

The Machine Gets Stuck During Stiching, And The Ne
The machine gets stuck during stiching, and the needle will not move, and there is a heavy gathering of thread under the material.
I purchased the Euro-Prom Multi Denim stitch sewing machine sometime ago. Was not able to use it because my husband went blind and later died.
When I started to use it, I find that the stitches bunch up under the needle. Please advise me what to do. I am very unhappy with this machine.
