Worse Company I Ever Come Across

Made a huge order and nothing, no notification acknowledging that my order had been placed, but recieved an email from PayPal regarding payment being made for my order. After not recieving a email notification from bargain crazy regarding my order, I decided to call them up to see if they have recieved my order? No order recieved! I requested they cancel my PayPal payment for me to reorder again, but this time paid directly through my bank as their excuse for my order not going through was blamed on PayPal, well surprise surprise second time round it never went through again, but my bank was informed of my order and payment pending in my account.

What a waste of time and huge headache trying to resolve issues with PayPal and my bank regarding orders I made and had no confirmation or ref number regarding any orders!

Be aware from this company they are useless!!!!!

I have only ever made an order twice with this company and both times I have never received them what is going on?

Omg I have had the same issues! Made 2 orders and on both occasions my order never went through, but my payments were pending in my bank account! Worse experience ever.

Love!!

Hadnt read the other reviews until after id purchased but have purchased since and had no problems at all! All came within the stated time ane all been great. Its now one of the first sites I look at when I want something. All high quality things for amazing prices!

Weary But Perfect!

I was a bit weary about using bargain crazy after reading the reviews about them here.

I am not dissapointed one little bit by their service.

I ordered a pack of 3 ellesse t-shirts for £11 (inc delivery) these are normally £20 each.

I didn't get a despatch email or nothing and wasn't expecting them till five days after I purchased. They came two days earlier!

This site is TRUSTED as it is part of Littlewoods and of course they are not scammers. Really really really happy with my savings.

Refused To Refund Postage Even Though The Tv Was Not Sent

I don,t know how legal their action is but after giving me 50% discount on 3 small items and a television they decided to sent the items except the tv They did refund the tv but refuse to refund the 19.95 tv postage claiming that they are keeping the postage because The discount should'n have been so high.

I think this is the worst Internet shopping company I have dealt with.

I bought a Hello Kitty hairdryer as a present for a little girl. They sent two pairs of trousers in a plastic bag, on which someone had stuck a Hello Kitty label.

I contacted them and was told to send the trousers back. If they still had any hair dryers in stock when they received my return, they would send one out. Otherwise they would refund me. They said that they would refund my postage costs sending the trousers back.

I asked if they could send a hairdryer out now, but they said they needed to get the returned item first. They were acting as if it was my fault and I had changed my mind.

I heard nothing more and after a while checked my bank account. They had refunded my purchase price (why not send an email saying this?) but no sign of my return postage cost.

I phoned and got a rude woman who asked for the order no. I had a long number in three parts. Each time I read out a number she interrupted saying 'too long' or 'too short'.

I gave up and emailed them. They said they would send a cheque but a week has gone by and I am still waiting.

Terrible Customer Service!!

Been a customer of them for years. They have either had a change of staff recently or gone downhill. Either way, customer service is so bad I am not buying from them anymore (amazon is cheaper anyway)! Got an order of about 6 items, got 4 of them and two missing, they said they were sent separately (why????) - never received a camera or a pair of shoes and they are trying to accuse me of lying, saying it is very unusual for two items to go missing - cheek!

If they don't refund me will go to trading standards and report them to the police!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! It is a shame as they used to be the best place to buy bargains from! Need new management I think!

I'd have to agree. I've had to contact them twice now re a tv that I bought that came with no lead. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience caused, and was basically told where to go! I too have been with them for years, and am appalled at the poor customer care offered.

Missing Laptop

Very unhelpful. Laptop sent back , there courier picked up and have said they never picked up. No reciept left so i have no evidence it was picked up.

is this happening to others by this company ?

pay postage and don't use there courier service yodel.

Bought A Sofa On 9th May, The Terms State That It

Bought a sofa on 9th May, the terms state that it will be delivered within 14 working days blah blah. After a couple of weeks I phoned them to ask delivery. Was told that they would call me back. Phoned them in total 5 times to ask when the sofa was being delivered and they said the courier sent it back incomplete and they would chase. Finally I got a call on Wed 26th saying that the sofa would be here on Friday (today) 28th. I freecycled by two chairs and waited for the sofa. At 1pm I called to see the progress to get the same message, I'll check with the courier. Fed up I called the courier myself and got through to the heavy goods section. They told me the sofa would be on Tuesday 1st June now. BargainCrazy deny calling me on the Wednesday and the couriers say they never ever called. Would never use BargainCrazy again. When I called I got "what do you want me to do about it attitude". Amateurs.
