dust in the wind is not the problem. The lack of training by Management is so obvious and the refusal to fire a guide like dust in the wind that obviously has cost hardwood lost of players (MONEY)! dust in the wind is the worse but Management is at faught for allowing his/her to continue. As soon as my subscription is over, Dummwood will not get anymore of my money. Good job dust in the assssss

This guide Dust In The Wind is the BIGGEST brown hole I have ever met. Power trips all the time, vindictive, petty, abusive, does not follow Silvercreeks TOS if he deems he doesn't like your "Nic" or profile he will censor it even when other Guides are ok with it and it in NO F'IN way goes against the sites TOS. File all the complaints you want but Silvercreek( Jonas and CO ) do absolutely nothing about this whack job. They are afraid of him for some reason and don't even have they respect to message you back, you know the paying customer who makes them the money. The only bright side is I'm pretty sure that Dust In The Wind is pretty old and will hopefully die soon enough.

I have been playing on this site for over 20 years and the guides keep getting worse. Besides paying for the stupid thing we get silenced by the guides if you say someone is cheating, make a remark about the guides. Oh wait, pretty well for anything and you can NOT reply to them when they notify you. It is kind of getting like Facebook, whatever fancies them at the time. You can send notices and complain and the last time I did, they said I was antagonizing them. What a crock!!!! Don't waste your money. People who have been playing for years are leaving. Me next.

i like many other paying members used to like going to play hearts. BUT due to harassing and atrocious behaviour of a certain guide (DUST in the wind) i have decided to quit and be one of many paying players who are leaving the site

i have never experienced such vile and personally vindictive approach of this so called guide. Having been a paying member of this site i have experienced

Examples are. HE WOULD mute people for straight 720 minutes for even saying hello to some one in the lobby. AND then he would kick u out of a game i m playing and ban you from that game. I never thought the normal guide would be so vindictive as to follow you in the game room and kick and ban you as a routine (without the playing members requesting him to come in)

I have filed in several complaints with evidence from the lobby , i get a ticket number but no one replies or even if i am lucky enough to get an answer it totally ridicules you rather than resolving the issue

Don't bother with this game site. Two reasons. One, is the low census and keeps getting lower, so it's hard to play a good game. Another reason The guides are weird and inconsistent. The male guides just sit behind the scenes and silences people without warning. It's strange dark lurking behavior. They offer chat but it's only a way to control and silence people. It's bothersome and creepy.

Dust In The Wind is the worst guide ever. He power trips all the time and openly flaunts it in your face including mocking you in the lobby chat and in private messages he sends to you. When you file complaints against this kind of moronic behaviour either you get the blame or absolutely nothing happens. Silvercreek doesn't even have the cahonies to get back to you unless of course they are blaming you and then it's just a message when you try to log in saying that you are banned for an X amount of days. Silvercreek must realize that the people they choose as guides are the direct face of their Company that they entrust to deal with the real people who have paid their money to play on Silvercreek's site. Other than that other then a few whiner's this is the best site for online card games around. Dust In The Wind and his power tripping ways MUST GO!!!!

The site is great, nice avatars, setting options, sounds etc, however too many guides that monitors lobby, Kim N Da House is prime example, she allows her friends to starts the fights in the lobby and gags the innocent bystander. At one point one of her friends even called her to logged in to silenced another player.

Overall great site, fast card play, customer service is great, however too many guides and should get rid of biased guides.

this site is the best online. best graphics easy to follow chat and rating system

however the biggest negative is the harassment by the guides and management. they do have rules and guidelines.. but they are not followed. the rules only apply to some NOT ALL. double standards .

certain players are allowed to harass and attack other players... violating the guidelines, yet nothing is done. then when the player that is being attacked reply's and defends him/her self they get a one week or month suspension.

over the last 5 years i have requested several times that they follow there guidelines and apply the rules to ALL , not just a chosen few. i have been there 17 years.

it would be a 90% better site if they did this.
