Discrimatory Practices!!!!
This policy chose to deny my middle child life insurance solely because of managed high blood pressure! This child is the healthiest, most active child I have and they declined him life insurance for the small amount of < $10,000 a year! Something they make in a day...absolutely disgusting!
I do not recommend this life insurance to anyone..,
Use one of the top 10 such as Gerbet or Met Life... any other is better than these discrimanatory dogs!!!

Worst Insurance Ever
I signed up for medical and dental through this company. I specifically asked if dental exams were 100% covered to get teeth cleaned and the person assured me and read me off the benefits and said YES. After paying since February I finally was able to get my children into the dentist. I received a call from the dentist who is on the list of providers only to find out that I have a $460 bill and my insurance only paid a whopping $12.00. Yes $12 that's it!! Also, I was also honest with my medical history and the person said that I would be able to be insured and so I went through the process and finally received a letter stating that I was denied. I am so unbelievably upset that I wasted my money on this. I am reporting them to the bbb. I also called and spoke to a supervisor and he was not friendly and could care less that this happened. They sent me a booklet for me to sit down and read explaining all the benefits. When I read it I thought it said I had a $50.00 deductible. Guess I strongly misread and was misguided. I am sure there are thousands of people that feel the same and companies like this need to be faced and made public!
Hi I just spoke with one of the agents...did they ask for your ssn and the number off your identification card? They kept handing up on me and would call back with bs and bizzare questions. Should I be worried about my personal information given to them??

Do Not Use
As employees there is no choice in whom your employer retains. So we are forced to deal with these people. Lost documentation. Snarky representatives. Phone calls that are never returned. Unwillingness to payout. Rude. If any employers are looking to use these people be aware that your files for your employees are mismanaged You are not getting what you are paying for. Keep every piece of paper they send and i suggesting emailing so that you have a paper record of what is discussed

Worst Insurance You Can Get
I have this "insurance" from my employer so I have to deal with them unfortunately. Oh what a mess! After rejecting my claim, I had to re-submit with more documents using their online system. Finally, got the claim approved but no money on my bank account....Called them, turns out they paid the hospital and they couldn't figure out that it was me who submitted the claim. So the hospital got paid twice and I still don't have my money. The clerk on the phone said he will rush it through claims again, two days later, still no money in my bank account. So I have go over this again next week. Their office has very inconvenient hours for the west coast - 8-5 Eastern time and no weekends.
Overall, I would urge anyone against purchasing this. This is not insurance. I have had far better insurances with Sun Life and pretty much any other company. This is SUBstandard.
I am considering file a BBB claim if I don't have my money within 48 hours. It is ridiculous. Claim approved but no money.

Suppose To Have Business Healthcare With These Guy
Suppose to have business healthcare with these guys I might as well have gone private. With PPP its next day or day after, with these guys a month later and ive finally got through all there processes. Had to get a referral, and then pay for a claim form to the docs, now they are only covering one consultation, and then the doc has to give them another claim form for the treatment. There questions made me feel like a criminal, had this for the past year, now its another month. Finally decide to get something seen and there being plums about it. Would never claim again.

I Note That "50%" Recommend This - But Have They E
I note that "50%" recommend this - but have they ever made a claim? I VERY STRONGLY URGE people to think carefully before paying for this "insurance". Having researched the market very carefully, read and thought I'd understood all the small print, supplied all relevant information (which hasn't been disputed), when I made a claim for a short (4 day) stay in a private hospital following a major (NHS) operation they contrived, successfully to find a reason not pay on the grounds that I was not receiving "active treatment". Does anyone know what "active treatment" actually - I doubt it. It certainly wasn't clear to me before they accepted my annual premiums. BE VERY CAREFUL.
