I would never have purchased this soft ware if I had suspected that getting product support was going to be as hard to obtain as it is. While in the process of making a certificate the program suddenly stopped and locked up the computer requiring that I shut the system down and reboot. Going to product support send you to a social program called SoftCity where they are obviously more interested in obtaining personal data that responding to your software problem. I strongly suggest you not buy this program because product support is NOT forth coming. God help you if you happen to be in a hurry to finish a product using this software. Forget Print Artist ver 23.

Print Artist 18 - This is a great programme if you looking to make high quality greeting cards or business cards. I was using an older version, this one is quite a bit different, but doesn't take to long to get used to. All my old Print artist files can be accessed and with 7 CD's, there is a great range of clip-art images available. The print artist series is one that just gets better and better and I cannot wait for the next version.
