Wrong Order Deliveted

On Dec 24th I ordered a Tanenbaum Plant Basket for delivery on Dec 21st. The order that was delivered on the 21st was a very small cut floral arrangement in a plain white vase- NOTHING like what was ordered. A local grocery store arrangement would have looked better at 1/8th the price. When contacted, Teleflora offered a 30% refund and then a 50% refund. They never offered to deliver a replacement of the correct order. Now that I have done some checking, this seems to be a repeat of what a lot of people have experienced. Teleflora should be ashamed to operate this way!!!!

Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the 2 Christmas Cactus I ordered The order delivered to my Bride at our home address was white instead of red and only 12 inches high instead of 14 and 10 inches wide instead of 17 My daughters was only 10 inches high and as wide and only 7 inches wide VERY DISAPPOINTED

Unable To Deliver!

I placed an order with Teleflora for delivery of flowers for Mother's Day for my Mother-in-law that lives in another state. I placed the order 4 days before Mother's Day and selected next day delivery so the flowers would be there in plenty of time prior to Mother's Day. The day they were to be delivered (which was the day after purchase) I received a text message that there was a problem with my order. After a lot of wasted time trying to get in contact with them about what the problem could be, I finally was able to speak with someone that said there weren't any trucks available that day for delivery and that they would assure delivery the following day. I was unhappy, but told them ok because there was still plenty of time to delivery before Mother's Day. I didn't hear anything the following day and then on Saturday, midday, the day before Mother's day (3 days after the order was placed) I get a voicemail from someone at Teleflora saying they couldn't deliver the order because no florists in the area (Cape Coral, FL, a very populated area with tons of florists) weren't picking up their phone to take the order for delivery!! WHAT KIND OF A CRAZY OPERATION ARE THEY RUNNING???? I canceled the order with them, immediately called a florist in Cape Coral and got the order set and delivered within an hour. Crisis averted for Mother's Day, but Teleflora should be out of business if this is how they operate.

Fast Beautiful Flowers

I brought flowers for my gran in USA due to mothers day. The shop in UK let me down two days before so i was really stressed out. I sent numerous emails to the people who replied asap as i was worried there being a delay with confirmation email ( my paypal was converting the money).This is the first time my Gran ever got sent flowers. The Flowers in real life were even better than in the picture with nearly a dozen roses.The driver sadly was not greeted brilliantly (language barrier for my gran as a random man is giving her flowers).However i am so grateful he left them outside the door instead driving back with them. I have the happiest mother and grandmother. Thank you so much and definitely would recommended.

Florist was in CA if thats anyhelp to others.

Horrible Experience!

My husband ordered these flowers for our daughter before noon the day before Valentine's Day. According to their website, all orders placed before noon were guaranteed to be delivered by 4:00 pm Valentine's Day. Guess what? Didn't happen! Flowers were delivered the next morning. They were supposed to come with a small box of chocolates. Guess what? NO CHOCOLATES! The flowers were horrible. Looked like some that were purchased at Walmart three days ago and stuck in a vase. Water was murky as though it had been sitting there for awhile. I realize Teleflora picks a local florist to do the arrangements but they really need to vet the folks they do business with a little better. I will not be using their service again. Very displeased.

Delivery From Telaflora

We placed an order for my mother in laws 94th birthday. I specifically asked if it was avail in her location and was told yes. Was to be deliv between 10 10 - 5 today. Was going to a nursing home. The confirmation email made it seem like it was an apartment building. I corrected all by phone, or so I thought. Got an email this morning that the arrangement WS not avail. But a similar one would be substituted and deliv by 7. I asked what happened to 5 and there was no response. They advised that I would receive confirmation of delivery which I never got. When I called after 7, their automated system said it was delivered. The nursing home said it was not. When I called back to complain, all I got was an apology and a credit offer with a promise that it would be there tomorrow. We asked for the phone number of the florist which they refused to provide. We are so upset and will never use telaflora again. The saga continues. To orrow may not be in the cards with a 94 year old

Yesterday, I Ordered Valentines Flowers For My Wif

Yesterday, I ordered Valentines flowers for my wife and daughter. I was told my selection was not available. But somehow it would be available if I bought a larger version and included chocolates. These guys are using the classic bait and switch. Stay far away from Teleflora. I'm going to jump on the phone and order from 1 800 Flowers.

Delivery Not Delivered

I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered to me at a NYC hotel on the 23rd of December 2017,it was not delivered,teleflora said it was,but the hotel said no such delivery was made. I contacted them today,they apologized and said they will get back to me later today,it's 810 pm still haven't gotten back to me. I will never use this service again. I would have given no stars but this site won't let me.

Worst Flowers Ever!

Sparse flowers. Did not look at all like the picture. Limp. Customer service gave me 30% off next order. Big deal; they always have at least a 20% promo code going anyway. They did not seem to care that I was disappointed, as the flowers were a gift that I was then embarrassed to have given. Will NEVER use them again.

Never Got Flowers

It has been 8 days and the flowers got never delivered i had to call them and fight for my refund the flower shop they work with is saying that itwas delivered, but after 5 min they ask me if its ok to deliver tomorrow worst service ever they collect money but dont deliver
