What's Happened To Crunchies?
I made myself a Crunchie milkshake today and the chocolate was left in the bottom. This chocolate did not taste like cadburys at all! It tasted like those cheap Easter eggs of no chocolate brand. Overall the chocolate tastes horrible and cheap. I think Kraft has changed the recipe since taking over. I bought a multipack and I don't know if I'll eat the rest!

You are right, the chocolate tasted to cheap and I swear the calories have gone up too..

OMG! I just had a Crunchie for the first time in ages. Cabury chocolate has always been superior in terms of quality. What have they done to this chocolate bar?!?! I haven't had any other chocolate bars in a while (I rarely eat chocolate bars) but when I do, I always go for Cadbury. After eating this Crunchie, I certainly won't be getting anymore. The chocolate is thin and you are bang on when you say that it tastes like cheap low quality chocolate. Where's the creaminess that I've always loved about Cadbury? Where's the thick layer of chocolate? This is so awful!!!

Nasty Surprise
I was innocently unravelling my crunchie only to find....a nasty surprise! It was a chunk of mouldy crunchie that was the end of another obviously out of date bar. Half the filling was missing and the inside was a funny shade of brown!I was disguted by the product as the orginal bar also tasted soggy. I do not understand how this has happened, Caburys let us all down with this product, I may have become sick from this vile chocolate.

I dont honestly know what Cadburys have done to the Crunchie bar but neither my Wife or myself can appreciate the change in the recipe that has made this part of the confectionary market a 100% failure. We find that it cannot be chewed and as for waiting for it to dissolve like the old bar used to, then that is an impossibilty. I suppose that the delighful UE could be responsible like they are for the rest of our taste buds being slowlky ruined by their interference. Sad really what has happened to the old much enjoyed Crunchie, but we will not buy anymore.

The chocolate looks darker and tastes like cheap chocolate not the quality that I have come to expect from Cadbury's. It tastes like it is sweetened with something different, yuk!!!!
