I think Cool Goose is the best site out there. I even think it's better than MSN.

Overall, CoolGoose (www.coolgoose.com) is pretty okay.

I have great difficulty accessing my email! I can't seem to locate anyone to help me.

I signed up for CoolGoose because of the large storage and unique name. It was good at first, until I was discovered by the spammers within a few weeks. Although I set it on the strongest one that avoids pornography and foul language among other things (which it usually does) I still got 41 spam emails in two days including the usual "mail delivery failures" and "Re:" from emails I neve sent. The number of custom folders is only five and I find the response time on emails takes a while.

CoolGoose has a nice cool look and is very streamlined. It has all the features you are looking for in a free web based account, the only thing is I am not sure that the mail is slow or undeliverable but a couple of times some of my important e-mail never arrived. What I usually do is send myself an email to see how fast it comes etc., make sure and test it first
