Stay Away From This Site & Their Sister Site Maturedating.

Please learn from my mistake....I sure did learn a lot.

It all began with a search for free dating sites. Trust me here they do not exist. I was having a look around on MATUREDATING.COM and all these msgs started coming in from all these gorgeous men. I should have known then and there something was wrong. Of course I could only respond if I joined! Do much for free. Long story short I joined for a month and of course none of these men responded to me once I had parted with my money. In the meantime the users that were sending msgs. all turned out to be scammers. ALL OF THEM!!!!! I learned a lot about scammers but not before being taken in. There are some very good scammers out there. They can manipulate videos and pictures. I’ve learned that the ONLY way to be certain a person is not catfishing, romance scamming or fake is to insist on a live video call. That’s the only way.

I called MATUREDATING. and was told they were sad to hear of my disappointment in the site but they would kick me over to their sister site LOOPYLOVE. NO MENTION AT ALL OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES. I was given the impression it was a peace offering. It was the same damn thing on LOOPYLOVE as well.  Reporting them to the site was futile. I just kept getting the same response....the user is verified and safe to communicate with. Let me assure you they were not real. Any of the users who did appear real never got back to me.

Both sites billed me under CUPID.COM/LONDON. I suspect that they are using profiles of real people from their cupid sites worldwide to make these sites appear legit. Real profiles are a dead end and the only people that make contact are scammers! That’s the reality of it.

They not only billed me for a monthly subscription of almost 40.00 on MATURE DATING but they billed me twice at almost 30.00 each time for a month at LOOPYLOVE.

I’ve made several requests to have all monies refunded with no response what so ever and again I have reported each and every romance scammer and they continue to tell me the users are safe to speak with. I have given them all sorts of evidence to the contrary and they continue to ignore and tell me the users are verified.

I’ve reported them to Canadian FRAUD SQUAD and hope they will be shut down but let’s face it very unlikely and they would just start up again under a new name.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO SITES!!!! All these dating sites have scammers but I have never seen any thing like these two in all my days and of course I can’t recommend anything at all to do with CUPID.

If I’ve helped even one person not go thru what I have been thru then it’s all been worth it.

Can anyone please tell me if there loopy love account shows a last login date and time that that's wrong??

I set up an account after splitting with a partner nearly 10 year ago I never actually used the site but my partner found on the google that my account is showing as been logged into on numerous occasions in the last 6 months!! Now I know it wasn't me as I did not even ave a computer at the time

Is it the system that does it to make people think users are available or what??

Pleas can some one let me now if the same has happened it if they now what is going on??

Useless Site A Lot Of *****

I took out a 6 month subscription of Loopylove, yeh not one of my better idea's. Before I paid my subscription I was getting a heck of a lot of contacts, my inbox was full. But after I paid almost no new contacts, made worse by the checking activities section which did show the odd contact. But still nothing in my inbox, after a while I began to see a pattern, even if I did send an email to some of the women. Supposed to be avail, never got a reply. Even if one contact did end up in my inbox they never did reply. At first I did suspect a fault with my account which prevented any contacts getting through, but I now suspect it's a con, I mean women would contact me on one of the other sites such as cupid which I had no subscription, I looked up the women's screen name on loopylove, sent messages, but never got a reply from any of them. So I reckon it's rubbish and just a tad naughty of them, certainly avoid if you can. Now I may be wrong but it all smells a bit fishy. I decided to cancil my repayment subscription, something which the user can't do I know I have tried many times. I contacted their complaints section asking them to cancil my automatic renewal, after a few days I received an email telling me it's been canceled.. Wrong it's not I checked my payment section and it still reads the future date in a few months when they will collect money, I think they just tell you anything to get you off their backs. So I have sent them another snotty email to tell them to get it sorted ASAP. But I will contact my bank to block any further payments, and if that's not good enough I will close my account, it's not my main one so although it will be a pain, I will use the nuclear option if I need to. So what have I learned? Do my homework before joining a Dating Website, so heed my warning. I certainly wish I had heeded the poor suckers that had paid out before me, I can not call myself a sucker as well. So please heed my warning if you can,you may find like me it will be a painful one.

Fraud

Amorix, Alcuda, Cpdnethelp, anything with cupid in are all part of the same group who run these sites and set up fake profiles sending messages to non members to get them to hand over their bank details, just to find they've paid for nothing. Then they wont cancel your subscription and keep charging you, 'as it is in their terms and conditions', which means absolutely nothing when you've followed their terms and conditions, they just lie and keep saying it. Like this page and see if we can get as many people as possible together in one place, as this has been happening to people all around the world for years now and nothings been done about it

Loopylove Is A Huge Scam

I paid £2.97 for the 3 day trial, and within moments was bombarded with 7 messages from women aparrently wanting me to message them. When I responded, none of them got back to me.

I decided immediately to cancel my subscription, which was not made easy. They say they will send a security code within an hour, but this never showed up. I then sent them a message on their feedback form requesting that they cancel my rebilling and delete my account immediately. They said they will send me a confirmation email, which again never arrived. I finally spoke to a member of their staff on the phone at CUPID PLC who confirmed my account was deleted and no further rebilling would occur.

I have now recieved 2 emails confirming this, and logged my conversations and efforts to resolve it with trading standards, all still within the 3 day period, which I will use if they decide to go ahead and take the money anyway, which seems to have happened to a lot of people. I won't let them get away with it.

Steer clear at all costs. Sites like this should be shut down.

Loopy Love Cupid Plc Are Scammers That Hover On Legal Tenterhooks, But Are Not Fair And Straight.

The three day trial that cost 2.99 is actually a contractual agreement to enter into a subscription of 24.99, unless you cancel within you three day trial period.

I tried to cancel with the three day period and couldnt, because loopy love wouldnt send me a cancelation code.

So I immediately sent messages to loopy love asking what was going on. I did a bit of hunting and discovered that loopy live is a subsidary of CUPID PLC, they are the one who bill you, so I contacted them and told them that I wanted my account stopped, that I had tried to close my account and couldnt. I made it clear that I only wanted to pay for the three days 2.99 and that I had no intention of parting with any other funds.

CUPID PLC got back to me and said they had cancelled my subscription.

Well they still havnt sent me a cancelation code, and two days after the email they sent me, they took 24.99 out of my account.

Blatant scam.

My loopy love inbox was full of messages from people who had left the site years ago, or were not online?

Blatant scam.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE
