Do not use hostinginsiders.com. Their server would constantly go down for hours but I would eventually hear back from them until last December when it went down for over two weeks and I could not get a response. It took me another week to transfer my site to another host because hostininsiders.com would not respond or release the site. Once I finally transferred it, they kept charging my credit card monthly until I had to ask the credit card company to put a stop on their charges.

I used hostinginsiders for many years and had no issues with them at first.There was communication when needed and the hosting price was moderate.

However all I can say now is , don't let them host your website- there is zero commun ication inspite of having massive issues with the website being down all the time.

I feel strongly that the company has been abundaned since there is no help or service available.

I have been with this server for around 10 years. So far it has been up and running at close than 100%. Since December 22 2015 it has been down more than up. It is imposible to find out what is wrong. We can not write to the webmaster cause the server is down. do anybody know what is wrong.

Up to December 22 I would rate it 5 stars.

Recently their servers have gotten much more reliable. They must have upgraded their network or something. I hardly have any problems these days.

Support could have been faster sometimes but recently they seem to have improved this a lot, too. All in all if they stay the way they are right now I am going to be perfectly happy.

One thing I like a lot is that they have never increased the fees I have been paying them for my account unlike another host I have been dealing with.

Their service has done things for me other hosts would not do, like updating a Wordpress installation manually when the automatic update failed.

They keep the server software up to date and their systems are very secure. I have never had any hacking issues.

It's a pity they don't offer phone support but I always got a response to my emails.

All in all I am very satisfied with this host and would recommend it again.

Now it's been 4 years that I signed up with this host. They have been very good in terms of uptime and service. I never had any problems with this host. The servers are not only reliable but also pretty fast compared to another host I have been using in the past. I would definitely recommend them to a friend any time.

Had 3 websites all hosted with them and never had any problems.Servers are rarely,if ever down, the support is excellent, the features are wonderful and gives you pretty much everything you need to create a great site. $6.99 a month is a decent price for what you get and the best thing is that you can pay each month via paypal.

I had planned to do a list of bad points but to be honest in the 5 years i have been with them i cannot think of any.

Apart from what has already been said I got to say their support is outstanding. For example they have manually patched a PHP script for me that was giving me an error message. Which other host would do that free of charge?

Also it is a great deal because it has everything you need and more. Cpanel with Fantastico, domain registration is included plus you can pay monthly while the other hosts charge you yearly.

After some of the other reviews I was very surprised when I received my login information no more than 37 minutes after submitting my order. I guess in some cases they will investigate an order more carefully or maybe the people that reported problems ordered their accounts on the weekend. I for one have been very satisfied with the quick setup.

The reliability and performance of the server has been wonderful so far. One thing I notice is that they keep the software on their servers up to date. When a new Linux kernel came out I could see (in Cpanel) that they updated the kernel. This is very good because it makes things much harder for hackers.

All in all my impression of this host has been wonderful so far. Can't say anything bad about them. If that changes I will post a comment.

Although they don't do instant setup it pays off to wait a few hours once and then get years of outstanding service afterwards. I have not had any problems over the year I have been using Hostinginsiders. The servers are fast and reliable. Support is very helpful and friendly whenever you need them. I would recommend this web hosting service to anyone.
