Tickled Pink Bridal, Hatfield

I have just returned home after picking my beautiful wedding dress up from Tickled Pink. I must say that the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. They have ensured every little detail has been perfect. I can't praise them enough.... Keep up the good work Tickled Pink. And thank you

Me and my bridesmaid had an appointment here to look at bridesmaid dresses following that I had an appointment booked in to look at wedding dresses but I never went back because of the service.

We arrived 5 mins early and stood in the shop for at least 10 minutes while the shop assistants stood talking in front of us before we were acknowledged, we were then rudely asked if we had an appointment, which we did, and then we were then told to just go through and start looking at dresses, after 15 minutes of waiting for someone (who never came!) we decided to try some dresses on ourselves, none of them were right and we then decided to leave as it was evident no one was coming to assist us.

We then waited a further 5 mins while the assistants continued to ignore our presence to say we were leaving and then left without even telling anyone as we were never acknowledged, it was extremely poor service and we didn't go back I wouldn't suggest going here unless u are all dolled up and look like u have plenty of money to spend (unbeknown to them I actually did but never mind) as the shop assistants look down their noses at you and completely ignore you!

As soon as I walked in a friendly lady told me everything they had was on display. Nothing could be ordered. Boring frumpy mother of the bride outfits. Dont mind paying £798 if the outfit was amazing. They were not. Another lady walked through from the bridal room and looked st me as if I had fallen off her shoe!!! I'll spend my £1000 elsewhere. Thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish by the staff.

We had been to another well known store prior &left not only empty handed, but feeling less than impressed.

Here however we were all made to feel welcomed.

She listened to exactly what the bride wanted & within minutes had a lovely selection of dresses to try, one of which was absolutely perfect.

The prices were much more competitive compared to the other store too.

They also took the youngest member of our entourage & got her all dressed up in a beautiful flower girl dress when she had become a little restless.

This was the 4th bridal shop I had visited, and was by far the worst experience. I had been warned by 2 people that they had had a poor experience here but I thought I'd try for myself.

After a luke warm greeting, we were shown upstairs by a lady, who sat and asked me what I liked. She then said have a look round, but did not let us into another room, which was clearly full of dresses. After trying on 4 different styles, she said, I can see there is nothing for you here. I thanked her for her time, which she disregarded as she was too busy loudly crossing out my details on her clipboard. By the time I was dressed and downstairs she was nowhere to be seen and she didn't even say bye. How narrow minded of her when I have 4 bridesmaids to find dresses for and 2 mothers! My advice is avoid this place if you don't want to feel under valued as a customer!

Tired this shop twice now. Once for my dress which I couldn't get an appointment and once for my bridesmaids. Do not just drop into this shop without an appointment in the hope of just 'having a look' - they won't let you.

I made an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to look at dresses. I rushed the little ones from school with the promise of trying on dresses. We were in the shop a grand total of 10 minutes before being repeatedly told all the dresses were on the Internet (even though I had an appointment to look). The assistant was extremely short with us and down right rude. She seemed disinterested in us and couldn't wait for us to leave. I have 5 bridesmaids dresses to purchase and was willing to spend a lot of money in this shop - as advised I'll go to the Internet instead. Don't really know why I bothered trying here after some of my friends horror story experiences.

As a bride they do a great job in making you feel very unspecial. Never again.

I was given a choice between 1:15pm and 2:30pm and chose the later appointment as it was more convenient for my bridesmaids. I knew exactly what time I was supposed to be there, somebody clearly did not know how to use a diary properly, as I had been entered into the 1:15 slot! The unhelpful receptionist told me that I would have to wait up to an hour and a half to be seen as they were too busy to fit me in. The receptionist insincerely apologised and we left the shop feeling very disappointed by the service, particularly by the attitude of the rude receptionist.

I chose a Hollywood Dreams dress in red. I tried several dresses on and Simmone gave honest advice whilst choosing. With her help I chose the Theodora 2011 in Red. Pictures will be on Hollywood Dreams site shortly.

My husband was blown away so for me it says it all. We found the customer service outstanding. The dress perfect and they even managed to get the tiara and earrings made to match the dress.

All I can say is that I had the perfect wedding and felt like a Princess for the day.

I would recommend this shop above anyone else.
