I signed up for hosting, and never received the welcome email with my login details. They claim they sent it, but I never received it. I thought they had not approved my order. It turns out they charged my credit card anyway, and when I contacted them for a refund, they refused to give a refund, saying I agreed to their terms of service that I have to pay regardless of whether I used their services. I never even logged into their service at all, and don't believe I should pay for something I never used.

I'm sorry for my english and behavior but now i'm very angry.

I was purchase your VPS last 6 hours via my Paypal, after purchase chat with support to request fast verification. I live in Vietnam and have experience with this, cos i have purchase hostgator, bluehost and many other hosting provider. But your service too slow to process this. At this time is midnight and i'm tired, with other service only take 5 mins to process all thing. Then i give up for waiting your response, I go sleep.

In the morning i wake up and got email about login info. I try with ssh, not work. I try again with second IP, it work but seem VPS can't connect to internet, i try google hours to find solution. Then i chat to support again. Now I got answer is my VPS down. WHAT HAPPEN????? I just purchased a useless VPS? Then supporter create a new ticket and said me wait. I was told 2 supporter that I need VPS urgent.

Finally, I can't take this anymore. I request refund all my money as soon as possible

I have had an account with hostdime for just a bit over a year... and all I can say is "wow, what terrible service" I have a shared hosting plan and host 4 sites for clients. They are down atleast once a week and when you contact hostdime, they have NO answers. Terrible techs.. Hell, I know more than them. Do not use them. I feel I spend more time talking to them about the every growing list of problems, then doing my actual work.. and they never have an answer... Just say, "we'll open a ticket"... RUN!

Hostdime's service was good from 2010-early 2013. In the summer of 2013 they declared me a "legacy" account and have changed my server twice in 4 months. The first time, two of my websites were offline for a month. This time, not only are my accounts down, but I cannot access my Hostdime hosted email.

As others have mentioned, they pass helpdesk tickets between multiple analysts, so it's very possible one will do something without logging the changes they make to an account and take weeks to figure out what was done.

I am more than 5 year now with Hostdime, I used other hosting company but the service is best by Hostdime.

I always get a replay and appropriate help fast.

The different staff are very professional and friendly.

They never let us down and we appreciate that, other hosting company take long to replay or don't take our request seriously, it never happen with Hostdime till now for me.

Uptime and reliability is poor I feel, my 3 websites hosted with HostDime where at least once per week unreachable. I got only once an email where they announced server upgrades, but I never felt improvements since then. For the first two months the pages where loading fine, but then for the rest of the year the loading times were horrible. None of my sites has huge traffic, and none is bloated with large images/flash or whatever. They can't blame my connection as many people reported the slow loading times.I am sorry for HostDime, but unless they change their services I can NOT recommend them. They provide very poor hosting quality. Since I moved to another company, all the problems are gone

Cheap is the only good point that I can think of.

Supports sites that I personally am not happy with, as far as I am concerned HostDimes have failed to protect my site because in my opinion they do not back up their servers? I do not recommend Hostdime.com

I think that hostdime.com are perfect.

You get a reseller at $360 a year with pretty much everything unlimited,40BG space and 3TB bandwidth.

What more do you need? Most importantly they have cpanel which is a really cool an intuitive/time saver panel compared to godaddy and yahoo (which is the worst hosting in the whole world by the way) and the rest of them. And I'll tell you this from experience: you won't find better or faster or more polite and helpful customer support - very easy.

I've been with them for a year now and every single time I had a problem they replied to my email within an hour the most, and many times instantly!

They even did more than they were supposed to. They offered to transfer all my websites from my previous hosting and fixed all my permission issues every single time. They are very friendly and you can tell they really want to help you (as opposed to customer service employees I've had to deal with in the past which just confuse/make you mad/ make you feel stupid/try their best to blame you for everything - I think we all know what I mean..).

I think I will stick with HostDime for a long time. Highly recommended!

I have been a web hosting client of Hostdime.com for well over 5 years now and there are many reasons why I have been with them for this long and will be with them longer. First of all, for the money they offer great web hosting service at a low price. Other web hosting companies offer plans at lower prices but cannot backup their product or service like host dime can.

Not only are you getting great web hosting service at a low price you are getting what else you need a long with that. And that is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! OUTSTANDING RELIABILITY! I could go on and on.

Any time that I have had any problem with Hostdime which there has not at all been very many times I've had to contact customer service except for having to ask them about something that was unrelated to their services. They were always and ALWAYS Quick responding and got the question answered or problem fixed quickly. I've dealt with other hosting companies in the past that could not ever come to the top shelf level that Host dime is on.

HOSTDIME IS THE BEST! I HIGHLY AND I MEAN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE! LARGE OR SMALL! THEY ARE GREAT!

They have ticketed support with response times within an hour.

Downtime is minimal.

AND they are the only company I know of that you can talk to Management. Not only that - their Management listens.
