Too Few Staff, Long Lines Vs Ignored

COURIERS GET PRIORITY - SO ENJOY BEING IGNORED AND WAITING. GREGGS ALREADY HAVE PAYMENT SO LIKE ALL COURIER SERVICES, THEIR GUYS GET TO JUMP THE LINE.

MONEY TALKS - ITS THAT SIMPLE

JUST PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, THEN DUMP THEM, AND WALK OUT

EVENTUALLY SERVICE TO WALK-INS WILL RETURN TO BEING THE PRIORITY

Red Sauce Poisoning!

Hi it’s fat Friday and was looking forward to eating my greggs after getting my normal sarnie from the shop on way into work . Only to discover that as I bit into my sausage and bacon sarnie that they had covered my usually delicious breakfast in red sauce instead of brown . To my horror I proceeded to go into anaphylactic shock and nearly choked to death . Fortunately I managed to save myself using one of your milky lattes which saved my life . In future I suggest you brief all your staff on red sauce poisoning and how serious this is and not to mention how angry it makes people and ruins their day .

Kind regards

I popped into Greggs Lowestoft ( to get some chicken dippers as I had a yearning for some chicken dipped in a satay source for supper ) when, I couldn't help but notice a flyer tapped to the window. Twas a picture of a women with legs spread wide and no knicks on, I mean, I could tell you what she has for breakfast !. It said Sara Bishop come dump, fill me up with a phone number, well, I tapped that number into my phone tut sweet I can tell you but, did put me off my chicken dippers, I settled for a pizza instead. So, all I can say TOP DRAW for Sara Bishop, she takes it in all holes and Greegs for leaving the flyer up, oh and a mention to Tesco for the Pizza, that was lush !.

Worst Coffee Ever

A short break on the way home, we stopped on the A14. The staff was nice but the coffee was atrocious!

That'll teach me for ordering a coffee at Greggs

Cold,burnt Bacon,and Egg Rolls

the bacon and egg rolls in Gregg's Neilston road shop in Paisley are a disgrace, cold, burnt and looked as if they had been in the pans all night, this has happened before , when I complained the last time I was given freshly made ones that took 12 minutes to make! couldn't wait today so I paid and left after a couple bites, I threw them in the bin 5 quid for that ! come back Aulds .

Not The Best

I use Greggs a lot around Newport town centre. Also in Tredegar south wales. I've always enjoyed their tomato soup and Mexican Baggett. The one in Newport is spot on with the food usually. But today I noticed different staff serving which was no problem. They were happy to help. The only thing was I was not offered a serviette with my food and cake. Maybe to some that don't seem like a lot of fuss. But to me its the principle as they always offer this with cakes normally. Now the one in Tredegar is a bit limits on its products as its a very small shop. My partner wasn't very well on one occasion and suffers with lupus. I went and bought her a baguette and asked if they would be so kind as to put a little mayo on it. I explained that my partner was ill in bed and that we were regular customers as I live in Tredegar and use their shop a lot regularly. They said no we cant put mayo on it for you. I even offered to pay for it. But they still said no. I think the customer cutesy is very lack in a majority of these shops. Seems to be the norm these days in a lot of shops and supermarket stores.

New Mocha Recipe

Every morning before work I would buy myself a mocha from greggs,as it was the nicest I could find. They've recently changed the recipe & it's horrible! It also takes longer to make. To me it now just tastes like really strong coffee with a hint of chocolate also a lot of greggs I go to usually have a busy shop & only one employee serving.

Bad Service Terrible Customer Care

Went to greggs in BURNLEY and the staff at the mall store was rude, had terrible manners and the customer service was appalling!! I tried to speak to the manager who was just as bad.. She didn't listen to my complaints and was not interested in resolving the issues I had regarding the food.

I also tried speaking to the assistant manager by asking for the area managers details and she too was rude, unhelpful and said that if I wanted to get the area managers details I would have to write to head office and that could take weeks for them to get back to me and said I had to leave the store.

The food was aweful, the staff unhelpful, rude and disrespectful and would never visit a greggs establishment again let alone recommend to a friend. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!!

Their coffee tastes great.Anyone know what type of coffee they use?

Geoff Lidster

Why not simply ask them in the shop ?? A much better idea than asking here as you are likely to get all sorts of silly replies :-)

I personally think their coffee tastes very average. I really do like the coffee at IKEA and they sell the same blend in the branches which makes it easy for me. Plus it's usually only £1 for 250 gr. A bargain when you look at most coffee's which are packed in 227 gr bags !!!!
