I have been a loyal customer of Oasis and love their clothes. I moved to Australia from UK and saw andotherbrands. I have used them a few times but a year ago I returned a few sale items only to never have receive an refund. I wrote a few emails to customer service but as I hadn't keept the tracking number I had no grounds/ evidence to seek my refund. I recently 2 months ago decided to try oasis again through andotherbrands but this time I really messed up by mistakingly forgetting to track the item and as i realised my error I did naively think to myself is not going to happen a second time..... of course it did! $160 disappeared, no items to show for this! I have obviously contacted customer service who were polite but completely unhelpful. I would like to stress I love their clothes but this has been a lesson of loytly to a brand doesn't equal good customer services. Please if you have to buy online with them ONLY ever track a return and be warned you still may not get your money back! Sad but true!
I am the writer of the above however since writing this review I was offered a full refund. I'm must say I am surprised and very happy that on this occasion i was listen to by their customer service and was provided a refund. Good job andotherbrands! THANK YOU!

I ordered goods online - returned 3 items in same package - had 2 send 2 emails as no refund received - then got a refund for 1 item - still £70 short - sent 2 more emails - no response -had to ring a shop as no contact number on website - terrible service

Don't Order If You Live In The U.s
I ordered a $120 dress from them a little over 2 months ago and never got it. I received an email a week after ordering it that said it was being shipped but I noticed that my address wasn't complete, all they had was my house number and not the street address. I contacted costumer service immediately and they just blew it off saying they should still be able to delivery it, but that's not true. And, as I suspected, the U.S postal office returned it back to the UK. I should also mention that OASIS made ME contact the U.S postal office about my package... when it was their fault. So then I told them my package was being returned and they said it'll take up to 20 days for them to get it back. Well it's been 30 days and they still said they haven't received it. So I just asked for a refund and I have yet to get a response. I'm so disappointed because their clothes are very cute, but I will never order from them again.

Poor Customer Service
Was waiting to pay for an item I wished to purchase, waited for over 5mins while the one member of staff on floor was tidying up rails, i gave up left item on counter and walked out shop. I turned round to see the assistant grab the jumper off counter shake her head and draw me a look.
Will not be shopping there again.

I am a big fan of Oasis clothes having worn them almost religiously for years. I moved to the US and in dire need of some new clothes, not knowing where to start with US brands, I decided to place an order. As it would be an international delivery, it had to be placed via Andotherbrands.com. I have a newborn and toddler. My spare time is precious. It took me over an hour to pick out the items and place an order for thirteen items that came to over $700. All seemed to go swimmingly well until a week later I received an email stating that ALL of the items were out of stock. I could understand if this happened with one or two items, but THIRTEEN?! Surely a mistake? I queried whether there was some error with customer service as this seemed unbelievable and their generic scripted reply was 'our system sometimes takes a while to update'. It was true! All thirteen new season items were out of stock. Why on earth are they wasting people's time? Such a disorganized way in which to run a business. Surely it should have prevented me from adding those items to cart? I also saw that it was still possible to 'purchase' those items so some other poor unsuspecting soul would be in the same boat as me. a company that has no consideration for their customer's time doesn't deserve my money! I won't be shopping with them again, that's for sure. I'll also add that Americans will not put up with such bad customer service so they'll need all the luck in the world to expand to stateside if that is part of their long term goals! (I know, first world problems and all that, but still, a totally unsatisfactory experience attempting to shop with them!)

If You Want To Loose Money Order At Oasis
I ordere some clothes online and sent them back because they haven't fit.
Im used to onlines Shops whoy say Your order arrived or at least a customer Service who help. Here is none of that. I ordered from Germany and sent the return within 14 days. I have the proof that the order arrived in the german postage center who send it to England.
Now, after 1 month I still got no money back, no answer, only mails written for everyone.
Its more than 100 Euro and i really feel being stolen.
The best Thing is that the PayPal customer adress didnt answer, the English phone number does not work and they even have the whole site in german but you get english model answers.
No I'm writing a letter(!) to them. Ridiculous, will never order something again.
update: i got my Money back now after i've written a letter with return receipt and that i would would proceed further steps by my lawyer. i got the money back after 1 month that my return arrived.

Find it fantastic how if the item is out of stock or only in the less popular larger sizes they will still search the country to get the product to you from a store that has it!! Excellent sale prices for such good quality! Would recommend purchasing online from oasis over many other retail stores which never seem to have smaller sizes in stock!!

Could Not Fault This Company!
Oasis is by far the best company I have ever ordered from. If they've run out of stock online they'll search every store in the UK to find your product and send it out within 24 hours which is absolutely brilliant! Plus they have refunded my postage before which I've never found with any other online clothes shop. All clothes are too high quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Disaster Return Service
I ordered a coat nearly two months ago, it arrived and the size was off. I am a regular shopper on ASOS, Misguided and TopShop and have returned items many times from the US. Never ever had a problem. So I was shocked to hear that Oasis have a 20 day processing window and they do not 'track' packages that are being returned. I learned this right after my package had been popped in the mail. So now my 150 dollar coat return is lost somewhere in between Dallas and their UK warehouse. Everytime I contact them I am told to 'wait'. This is a complete joke. I would have enjoyed flushing my $150 down the toilet more than I have enjoyed this experience.
Be warned their logistics program is not reliable. I would never risk shopping with them again.

Just Don't Deliver
Repeatedly try to order 'in stock' items that get cancelled as they are 'not in stock' (although if you order from a third party such as Debenhams they can get it sent to you directly from the Oasis warehouse) despite going through the same ordering process as with any other online store. Customer service is so poor. Repeatedly saying sorry is not good enough and they just send stock answers. To add insult even though they do not send your order they send a follow up email to review the item. This poor stock control process means this is shop you should never go to as even when ordering and paying the extra for next day delivery I have had the 'sorry' email after I expected the delivery, which has meant have been left without an outfit that was needed for that evening.
